1 /5 Chikn Nuggt: The people seemed nice enough however the dentures they made for me were unusable. They were so badly off that another dentist told me its impossible to ever make them fit and i have to get a totally new pair. I cant close my mouth with them in, they leave severely painful deep cuts on the inside of my mouth, and the teeth are horribly crooked. I wouldnt have gone to another dentist to try to get them fixed but this one stopped taking my insurance and wouldnt fix the unusable pair they made me. Nice workers. Not nice work.

1 /5 Skyler Lang: I called three weeks ago for an emergency appointment and was told to be expecting a phone call within the next two days to get Scheduled for an appointment. I didn’t hear anything back a few days later So I called to double check and I was told everything was good I just needed to get the phone call to be put on the schedule by the scheduling operator. 2 1/2 weeks later from that phone call I decided to call to see what the issue is and they tell me now after three weeks of waiting they are no longer accepting patients from my insurance. I asked why I was not told this three weeks ago and if I was exempt from this since I was told thatI was gonna receive a call to make an appointment and I was rudely yelled at and told that I was on the phone with the operator not the office, which is not true. I made sure to call the office every single time to get the fastest possible response. Very unprofessional, and the receptionist that I spoke to the third time was incredibly rude.

1 /5 Micha Family: Appointment was at 10, for some context im a retired marine and my wife is disabled so we are on a fixed income... we drove from south Georgia and the dentist didnt think our time was important enough to be on time for it. The nurse told us he was "stuck in traffic" at 1005 by 1115 Im asking where the doctor is and nobody had an answer for me. My wife needed a replacement set of dentures as hers went up in flames along with the rest of our home, this was explained to the nurse over the phone who told us to go ahead and drive the hour and a half from georgia and they would look at what they can do with the insurance. We get here, no doctor, no seeing what they could do to help, just rude employees who could care less that you wasted time and lo ey to go to their shitshow of a practice... very unprofessional.... I could only imagine the quality of his work with how concerned he was to be on time... good luck if you go!
