Jacqueline Vasquez I love this location! My favorite instructors are Polita, Laura, Reema and Nelson. Each add something unique and special to every single work out. Polita focuses on strength training so rest assured you will be soar and reach your fitness goals. Laura is fun and innovative, constantly switching up dances so there is never a dull moment. Her class is high intensity so be prepared to sweat! Reema is AMAZING!!! This is a class that lets you SHAKE it! I’ve come to find that her classes have improved precise movements in dance. Nelson adds a flavor of youthfulness and Fun! I always leave his class feeling a bit more sexier than when I walked in. I love it here!
