Andrew Calore All Star Gym & Fitness in Pompano is the real deal. The space is clean, organized, and fully loaded with everything you need to train at a high level. The equipment is well-maintained, the layout flows, and there’s always enough variety to build a solid session without waiting around. Brock was incredibly hospitable and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. Super helpful, welcoming, and the kind of person who sets the tone for a great training environment the moment you walk in. And shoutout to Adrianna, the true MVP of this place. She keeps the gym spotless. The attention to detail shows in every corner. You can tell she takes pride in keeping the space immaculate, and it makes a huge difference in the overall experience. Whether you’re lifting heavy, dialing in conditioning, or just getting back into a routine, this gym delivers. Great people, great energy, and a facility that motivates you to show up and get better. Easily one of the best gyms in the area.

Vanessa Souza Absolutely love this Orangetheory studio! From the moment you walk in, youre welcomed by a clean, vibrant space and a super friendly front desk team that sets the tone for the whole experience. The studio is well-organized, the equipment is always in great condition, and everything feels really well run. But what truly sets this place apart is the coaches. Every single one brings their own energy, but they all have this amazing ability to push you just enough while still making you feel supported and capable. They take the time to correct form, explain the science behind the workout, and hype you up when you need that extra boost. You can tell they genuinely care about your progress and want you to succeed.

Lana Danshes Working with Amy has been such a great experience. She’s not only super knowledgeable and professional, but also just a really pleasant, positive person to be around. She’s great at tailoring sessions to my goals and fitness level, and pushes me to work hard without ever making it feel overwhelming. Maria Castillo This gym has an amazing community and incredible trainers who are always friendly and supportive. The atmosphere is high-energy and motivating, making it a great place to push yourself and stay consistent. Since joining, I’ve seen a big improvement in my strength and endurance! I highly recommend it to anyone, from beginners to advanced, especially if you enjoy group classes. The coaches also offer personal training.

Claire WithLove We stayed at the Riverside hotel, and my husband read the reviews about how the good the gym was and was looking forward to working out. Located upstairs, the gym has floor to ceiling windows with a great view of the river. The air smelled clean as did the locker and shower rooms. There were plenty of towels to use and water plus some other drinks you could buy. There was a variety of free weights and kettle bells. A separate room for the weight machines. I had come just to look and then go to the pool, but I ended up doing the entire circuit of weight machines and felt it was a good workout.

Marion Carrigan Ive been a member at F45 Coral Ridge for about 6 months and have had a wonderful experience. The workouts are truly for all ages and fitness levels. The studio offers a lot of class times throughout the week so Ive not had any trouble fitting in a workout even when my schedule has been unpredictable. The trainers are so helpful and acknowledge everyone in the class every day, particularly Marissa and Shelby. Love taking their workouts.

Sally Botkin I found DFit through my daughter. While in town over Christmas, she used her Class Pass and went to the group training. She came back and said. "Mom, I think you and Dad would like this place", and yes, we do. First, EVERYONE says hello and calls you by name! I find this one of the friendliest gyms - its refreshing and an example to all, how small gestures make a big difference. As for the gym, it is very clean and professionally run. Danny, the owner, has created an inviting atmosphere to work out. They have created classes and workouts that cater to anyone. I happen to like the group training - only 4 of us in the class, but our workouts are all individually tailored. My trainers are Michael and Aaron, and they are both great! Thanks for helping us get into shape!

Angela Carrasco BEST GYM! Ive been coming here since day 1 of opening. It is convenient for me because I work very close to here but my commute home is a good hour, so i stay and workout to beat the rush hour traffic. It is month to month terms and affordable! The gym has showers, lockers, every piece of equipment you can imagine and more! Its not your typical gym. The Owner Bill is so nice and is there everyday greeting his clients and showing us new ways of doing things. I have been working out for years and I much prefer this gym over any of the other ones I have gone to. I highly recommend CLUB 110!!!! Try it out :)
