Dennis Gonzales Started working with a trainer cause I needed help getting back in shape. They built a plan that fit my schedule and didn’t make me feel dumb for being out of shape. First few sessions were rough but I’m already seeing progress. They really know their stuff and keep me motivated. Also helped me with some meal planning ideas. Only issue is it’s a little pricey, but worth it for the results. I feel stronger and more focused already. If you’re thinking about getting a trainer, I’d say go for it. It’s made a big difference in how I feel.
