KMS I love this gym! It has a little bit of everything. The employees are so warm and welcoming in the morning. The H.I.T. class at 8:30 has helped me get out of my shell so much. The trainer Abel is fantastic and takes his time explaining the steps in class. The ladies that I do class with as well are amazing as well. I also take my son to the childcare and they are great with him. Just move has helped my life for the better and gain some of my confidence back in myself!!!

Odessa Mullins Coach Matt at Restoration Fitness & Nutrition always makes me feel supported and encouraged!! He takes time before and after class to check in on your life. He’s always looking for ways to help you make health and exercise a priority. Matt has a very good way of assessing what your individual strengths and weaknesses are in the gym and can help motivate you to push through one of those hard workouts, even in the group class setting. Ashley Loyd Pero I’ve really enjoyed my personal training sessions at LifeFit. Kory has been fantastic! He took the time to listen to my goals and the reasons behind them, and tailors each workout to help me move toward them. The training spaces are clean, well-equipped, and the pricing is reasonable for personal training. I’m happy to recommend Kory and LifeFit!

Carly Klos Ive been with just move for about four years now. This gym has changed my life! I can work out and not worry about my son because the kids club is fantastic! The facilities are clean. The equipment is A+ and the staff is knowledgeable and always friendly. I love this gym I highly recommend

Rachel Miller I started burn boot camp about 3 weeks ago after having two children. I hadn’t gotten in a good workout routine since having my first daughter two years ago. I instantly loved Burn. The coaches and staff are all super friendly and there are members at all levels. I already feel so much stronger and healthier incorporating burn into my routine.

Michael Pegg The gym has a welcoming atmosphere. The trainers are knowledgeable and the morning and afternoon classes are fantastic. Each trainer brings their own style to each class. The gym has all the equipment you need with 24 hour access.

Diana Starling I value the time spent at AF, whether in yoga on M-W-F with Brooke, or group training with Brooke and Trevor. While I probably know enough by now to get a good workout individually, I love the energy of a group workout with positivity and professional supervision and direction. Kaitlyn manages the gym superbly, always getting back to me if I have any questions. I am so glad I found this gym and all it offers, which is a tremendous boost to my total health and fitness!

A Miller Always nice and clean. The customer service here is great. I havent had any issues except 1 hiccup in billing but they fixed it. 10/10.

Melanie Sharp The best CrossFit gym and coaches anywhere. I was a member of this gym for over 4 years and recently moved to Gainesville. Nothing compares to the knowledge of the coaching staff. The faculty is large and well outfitted with the best equipment and WODs are strategically created for overall performance and can be scaled to any level. Shout out to Coach Andrew Longboy for his vast knowledge of gymnastics, strength training, skill training and dynamic leadership.
