Bethany Kleinhans Crystal saved my nails in 10 minutes this morning for my wedding! I got my nails originally done in SNS two days ago at another salon and all of my nails cracked horizontally. Crystal came into work today with 10 minutes before her scheduled appointment and was willing to fix all of mine. I am forever grateful.

Julia DeLettre Crystal was amazing! She truly went above and beyond to make our experience great. I was getting ready to go to a wedding and she allowed me to put my makeup on while my husband was getting a pedicure. She really aims to get to know her customers. Crystal is very intentional in the way she explains what she is doing to your nails before she does it. It was nice to understand the process. I live about an hour an a half away but would definitely make the drive to come see Crystal. She is phenomenal!

Ingrid Yockel Walked in with no appointment and they were so friendly and accommodating. Got me in for an amazing pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails with French tip. Wonderful service and attention to detail, and continually made sure I was happy with the way they looked and how I was feeling (water temperature, pressure of foot massage, etc, do I need a drink). Super clean and lots of selection for nail colors and services offered. I didn’t have time for nail art, but the talent of the nail tech I saw on another customer’s nails was phenomenal!

simplyx. aspen On Christmas Eve, I called six places to try and get a last minute appointment to get my christmas nails but had no luck! This nail salon was open and happily stayed late to provide me service, Katie and Daisy’s service was beyond amazing!! Also, the reference picture I gave them to do, they did my nails exactly like the picture. I even have a broken real nail and they still found a way to fix it AND put an acrylic on it. They were so nice and gave me a small gift at the end as a nice holiday gift! Will definitely be coming back and have already referred my friends to them! Highly recommend, thank you!

Di G Got Manicure and pedis for my daughter and I with gel polish. I requested the simple no design and short rounded nails and so it was. I cant say enough about their work as it was very neat, clean, detailed and excellent! I think the gentleman name was AP and the lady was Mila, they are superb! It was Lovely talking to them. The place is beautiful, clean and organized with a good clean smell. Chairs have massage to the people who care, and most of the accesories used are disposable. Highly recommended from a very detail oriented picky person. We will be returning for sure!

Jennifer Tatko I’ve been going to Logi nails for about 6 months and thought I finally found my place . I have always had my nails done by Bo and they have been done great and looked professional. I had Helen this time because Bo was off and my nails look worse than fake press ons. Maybe she was having an off day, she seemed uninterested and rushed . She never filed the nailed growing under the acrylics, they are almost the same length underneath ! The polish and acrylic doesn’t even go near the cuticle, there is a space as if it’s been a three week growth and the nails are so thick looking .

Shannon Wilgis Helen has been doing my nails for years and her shop is amazing! Always clean and the staff are welcoming! I have never had an issue here. I’ve had many types of pedicures and I’ve had gel nails and acrylic with no issues. Helen is so talented and does designs and they have always been spot on! The staff here stand behind their work. My only regret is not finding this shop sooner than I did! No one will ever touch my nails other than Logi Nails! They are the BEST

I felt so pampered and special. I had two different ladies working on my nails. I believe their names were Tonya and Heidi? They were so sweet and talented. I wanted ombre, acrylic nails and they made it happen :) I received SO many compliments and my nails lasted a whole month!! I will be coming back on our next vacation!! Samantha Williams I was excited to see that this salon was owned by a brand, new owner and new management given the circumstances of all the negative reviews of the prior establishment. I decided to give them another shot. Everything was going great until my technician started filing my nails with the electric file, it started to burn. I told her this several times and she continued to go over the same spots. When she started her acrylic work, everything was fine there until she then proceeded to file my nails with a manual file and sliced my pinky open as well as Cut my cuticles with the electric file during the final process. I was very vocal throughout the entire time and mention as well as as several times in front of colleagues as well as as the owner and new management come the time of checkout I was still charged full price for my nails with no compensation given and or an apology. very disappointed and will definitely not be going back.

Rose Bambach Laura gave me the absolute best and most detailed manicure I could have ever asked for. Typically I leave salons feeling like I wasted my money. That they didn’t get all of the cuticle or left an edge… not this time. Laura is amazing, the price is great, truly an amazing experience. She took the time to hear what I wanted and then explained the different processes - what the maintenance was- and the cost all up front. Nina McIntosh Had a very poor experience today with a nail technician named Mia. I was excited to get my nails done before vacation and instead left upset. I asked her for her opinion regarding whether or not to do tips and she rudely responded “I’m just trying to do my job” and “You’re the one who has to look at your nails, not me”. I was honestly so shocked at her attitude I didn’t say anything the rest of the appointment and left unhappy. I do not recommend her. My nails are lumpy and uneven too : (

Renee Larkin I started going here when it first opened, very nice people, clean and a great gel manicure that lasted. I have been going back intermittently to give them another shot. They raised their prices substantially and the last 4 gel manicures I had only lasted 1 week. They have started to skimp on the polish, the color is not as vibrant as it should be, as theres not as much polish as there should be and it does not last like it used to. They are very nice and place is clean but it is no longer a great place to go for gel manicures.

Cheyenne Carter I usually go here to get my nails done and most of the time I have a good experience. Today was a little bit different. I was getting my nails done for my birthday (cat eye polish). I believe Ethan was doing them. He put hearts on them without asking if I wanted that. Which would have been fine if it was just one nail. But it did it on two nails, and my two hands have two different nails that the hearts are on. So my left they are my middle and ring finger, while my right it’s on my pinky and ring. They also just don’t look that good. Towards the end a bunch of customers were coming so the rest ended up being rushed. And the top polish on a couple of my fingers were clumpy.

Devin Schneider I have been to several nail salons in st Augustine and Lavender has the friendliness staff and cleanest facility. I went in the first day they opened and still keep going back! The owners, Jon & Jenny are wonderful people and always remember names and special events in life. Its quite impressive. Brittney Bailey Linda is the absolute best! My nail shape is always 10/10. I am as picking as they come and Linda never disappoints. On top of that Linda is amazing at nail art. I keep my nails a neutral nude with a little nail art here and there and there hasn’t been one thing she hasn’t been able to draw! She always will take the lead with creativity if I’m stump on what to do which I appreciate because she knows my style and taste now and I feel confident with her suggestions for my nails! I can go 5-6 weeks between appointments and my grow out is still acceptable (see photo) LOVE LINDA!

Colleen Rader The location is beautiful and spacious. It feels luxurious. I came for the first time for a basic pedicure. My technician wasn’t friendly, didn’t even return my smile. I noticed she avoided massaging my feet for some reason and asked to have my feet massaged and she rubbed the hot stone on them but that was it. She didn’t go back to massage them with lotion. Massage is the best part of a pedicure so I was disappointed. But my friend’s technician seemed to massage quite well so must have just been a bad day or this technician (I didn’t get her name) wasn’t very good.

Ashley Flood I went to get a full set on weds around 12:30pm. The guy that did them was super and nice the place was beautiful. I spent $55 plus $10 tip which i didnt mind paying because i was happy with my visit. Come Friday night (2 days later) i noticed two of my nails (my thumb and pointer , on my right hand) lifting up. The next day Saturday (today) morning my thumb nail on my left hand popped clean off. I proceed to call the store to see if i could receive a refund since i went to get them done for a party tonight and i dont have the time to get them done AGAIN between getting off from work to then go to the party . I go to call the store and ask to speak to the manager. The receptionist tells me that the managers are not in. I asked “okay what time will they be in?” She responded and said i dont know but they will come in at some time. And that she can take my number and reason for calling and asks why am i calling. I told her my concerns and my wishes & she responds and say well we dont give refunds , we can put you with another person to redo them for you. I told her i live 45 mins away from your location and its very inconvenient that i have to come back and take the chance again on someone else. She responded and said “like i said we dont do refunds but someone else can do it free of charge but if you lived 45 mins away why come to us then” I responded and said cause i had a doc appt over there thats why… which was rude to ask why i came to their business in the first place . I am very upset that im not able to get a refund on the service i paid for that lasted only 2 days . If i were you i would NOT use this location unless u have a recommended person. Right now money is to tight for everyone and i wouldnt risk losing a dollar

Maggie Olsen Looked for a manicure place near our lodging and this place got good reviews. The place was fairly clean. My friend and I both liked the technicians we had for our nails. We both had a basic manicure. After 5 days my nails still look good with no chipping!

My husband, received his first pedicure and was very satisfied. I also got my eyebrows waxed, and it was the best job I’ve had in a very long time. We were just visiting, but I’m sad to go!

It is a family owned small business. Please tip well and pay in cash so they don’t have to pay a cut to the credit card companies. They are worth it!

Isabella Dyer Unfortunately yesterday(on my birthday) I had an absolutely horrible experience. There was only one nail technician and apparently she was new. She ripped apart my cuticles to the point that I was literally bleeding non stop, she applied my acrylics horribly, my index one was fully crooked, and when putting on the polish it was super bubbly/bumpy. I don’t have a photo of the polish but I have the aftermath of when I left midway through. I was crying because of the frustration and pain.

Catherine Timmons Me and my daughter got our nails done. Hers were done by the owner and came out amazing. I had originally asked for acrylics but the girl they put me with did not know how to do them. They talked me into gel nails. Iryna I believe is new. She put a thin layer of gel on my nails. Then she didn’t know how to do any of the designs so Lena came and did them. Well 6 days later the first nail broke off. Unfortunately we were only there for 5 days. Day 7 the second nail broke. My response from the owner was unfortunately this happens. And if your ever back around come see me. Very disappointed. I spent over $200.

I had planned on only having a pedicure but she was encouraging me to have the manicure, what type I should have and the color. Everyone is nice in there and thats why I come back.
