Well, someone has to be there to drive if patients eyes dilated for tests!! It takes a lot to upset me, but takes the cake!!! Again, The Dr. Was wonderful!!!! The office is immaculate...

S.A. Mandell I am extremely happy with Keyia and Dr.Maynard! Keyia is very through, also she makes me feel very comfortable by listening and understanding my concerns. Dr. Maynard is exactly the same way also he puts me at ease and doesnt overreact to potential diagnosis of medical attentions that I may need. Truly I feel he addresses the concerns I am having with proper medical attention without over prescribing or unnecessary medical remedies! I started taking BP medicine prescribed by Dr Maynard and it is exactly what I needed and is helping me out a great deal getting myself back to normal! JMR Gaston The staff was amazing, the care and the compassion blew me away. Starting at the front desk where the staff was kind and courteous all the way to the Doctor’s waiting room. I was particularly impressed by Yanique who took my vitals and Shaquerra who got some samples from me and last but not least my Doctor Mrs smith who was very thorough and knowledgeable, she didn’t leave any stone unturned . Overall it was an amazing experience, keep up the good work!

I then saw Heidi-she was awesome. She spent the needed time listening to my many complaints. How refreshing to not be rushed out the door in 10 min. Kelcie Dekker I have utilized their emergency services twice as well as their general veterinary services (many times, hah) as well as their boarding service —and I have zero complaints! The property is clean and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend this establishment to all pet moms and dads in Vero. Casey & Doctor Flowers deserve pay raises because they go above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and supported during our visits.

Bill Thorne I will only say that we brought our dog into the clinic while he was in great distress. The staff was attentive, the veterinarian(s) took the time to communicate what they were doing, why they were doing it, and how that could help to address the problem and get him around the corner to better health. Regrettably, the old dog wasn’t as resilient as he used to be. They kept me informed and they didn’t set unrealistic expectations. After four days, we had to let Rosco go. It was the worst outcome, but I take comfort in the knowledge that we got the counsel and advice without bias in order to make that decision. I highly recommend the Veterinary Medical Center of Indian River County.

When I saw the doctor he was very kind, helpful. and concerned about my health and took time to listen to me. I am very pleased with the service I was given.

debbie Brought my husband in with an unstable cardiac condition. We were told by the triage nurse use the kiosk to sign in. She just sat there. Im guessing she was waiting for patients to be discharged and a bed to open. So I signed him in and we sat. A woman in her 80s came in (with a walker) and was told the same thing. I got up and helped her. Disgusting treatment. No EMERGENCY SEVERITY INDEX was used. A violation of standards of practice set forth by professional agencies. The triage nurse told me to leave when she called my husband. I refused. She refused to let me answer questions for my husband even after he asked her to let me. Yes, he was that sick. She finally had to let me respond when he wasnt able. We get taken back. The RN started his IVs in incredibly awkward places even after she was told that his veins were fragile. She didnt listen. Both IV blew in less than 24 hours causing him unnecessary pain. She also snapped at me when I didnt answer a question with yes/no. She didnt allow me to answer the question fully and an appropriate medication was NOT ordered. Thankfully, the nursing staff at the hospital was more than fabulous. He was a full admit because he was that sick.

Victoria Willis Very easy to schedule. Quick to get in and get the process done. Had no reviews, and I took a chance. Office was pleasant, (Pam?) at the front was wonderful. The building set up is separated by type of procedure, so the MRI was in its own suite, so there wasnt anyone waiting with us. Overall, great simple experience in a nice location.

N L Dr. Raymond Duong is about money, money, money! I would go to his office and pay the fee, then he would have his front office staff call me repeatedly to put me on the schedule again so he can give me the results of the blood test instead of having his nurse do that. I would pay twice for the same issue. This doctor is greedy and just wants to make money! The office staff were terrible! He used to have a great receptionist named China. She was the best ever! One day, I arrived there to find out that she was replaced by 2 pushy and nasty girls! Furthermore, his staff would keep on harassing me by calling and insisting that I make an appointment so he can tell me the lab results when his nurse is supposed to do that at no charge. I was fed up with his greed and stopped going there with another family member. Beware of his sneaky and unethical ways to make money!

Open availability, really sweet staff, and the waiting area is clean. Recommend to any parent who wants a pediatrician whose going to listen, understand, and help find a solution!

Brenda Garcia My twin babies have been going to this office since they were 5 days old. I couldn’t be more grateful to the whole staff of Nemours! We love from the girls of the front desk to all the doctors and nurse practitioners in the office. They always try to fit us in when there is an emergency. Our doctor , Monica Barajas, knows my babies so well and has always been really helpful. I won’t go anywhere else because that is the only place I trust my daughters

Teri Micochero They schedule you an appointment 6 months out but, dont call the day prior to your appointment to confirm. When you miss the appointment they call immediately asking why you didnt show then bill you 50.00 for being a no-show. Bad business, if you can call me to ask why I didnt show you could have called me the day before to confirm the appointment. I work in a medical facility, we confirm all of our appointments.

Kelsey Bui /5 stars Im extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received at Whole Care Family Office. As a long-time patient, I expected better. My issues began when I tried to obtain my medical records after deciding to leave their practice. Despite signing a release form, they refused to provide my records, citing unclear reasons. To make matters worse, they deleted my familys records from their system, allegedly due to my decision to leave. This not only caused inconvenience but also raised serious concerns about patient data handling. When I tried to schedule an appointment for my sick child, they canceled at the last minute without adequate notice. The final straw was when they involved the police and issued a trespassing order, which was unnecessary and intimidating. As a patient, I expect respect, professionalism, and transparency. Whole Care Family Office fell short on all counts. I would advise others to exercise caution when choosing a healthcare provider. Update: I hope that in the future, Whole Care Family Office will take steps to address these issues and provide better service to their patients.

Yesenia Schofield Absolutely awful experience at Whole Family Health. I rushed there after work with a throbbing finger in pain, just needing a simple round of antibiotics, and they denied me care for being 10 minutes late. Meanwhile, every single time I’ve had an appointment, they’ve left me waiting for hours in the lobby with no explanation or apology. The hypocrisy is unbelievable—if a patient is even a few minutes late, they refuse to see them, but they have no issue wasting our time. This is not how a healthcare facility should operate. They clearly don’t care about their patients, just their policies. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually prioritizes your health.
