sandy vand I went to the ER on 9/28 first time at this hospital and I have to say that the nurses made the whole experience stress-free. Lets be honest who enjoys going to the ER however this particular nurse Niko went on and beyond making me feel at ease through the whole ordeal. Professional, friendly and attentive. Thank you so very much for your services.

Christina Redden I cant say enough how kind Dr Stone is. I felt he to took the time needed with me, was gentle in the test that was performed and explained everything well. I did wait a little longer than ideal to be seen, but Im overlooking that due to kind staff, the doctors attention & quick turnaround of results to my primary doctor.

L C Mice Tried to make an appt for a new patient and encountered the rudest most miserable person that answered the phone.Complete SNOT and defensive poor attitude. The physicians at this place should train their front desk staff to not be rude to future clients. Looks like we will have to find someone else to treat my Dad. Shame- the doctors were supposed to be good- wish I could accurately rate them but - if their support staff is any indication as to what type of behavior is tolerated in the office, I will stay away.

Ana Sofia Dimitrio Too slow...stuck on old system. Not efficient or show they care. An appointment for one hour in and out takes almost 3 hours. Another patient was waiting almost 2 hours for a vitaminB shot!! They have no concern with time and how patients feel. Would not recommend.

Edward Vighetto Doctors are all great. The problem is the disrespectful attendants at the desk. Horrible ladies to the elder and young people. What a shame. Hope doctors replace them with decent ones soon!

Paul Dr. Cohen is the best psychiatrist available. No one better. Great guy. Great doctor. Great bedside manners. Ill never go anywhere else.

Jorge Sigler Honestly, the experience I have had with this place has been VERY BAD! Which is shocking because my partner is a patient and has great experiences with them. I started to try to get help managing my ADHD which is affecting my work. I was put on some off-label medication which did NOT help my ADHD a lot but it gave me nauseas and made my suicidal ideation worse. I could not reach out to my provider so I called the office and left multiple messages, EXPRESSING the issue with my suicidal ideation and they did not even cared to reach back. Honestly, that is outrageous.

Heather Emerson Please dont go or take your loved ones to this hospital. They refuse to give authorized medical care even though there are doctors waiting on standby to give it. Their lawyers stall and say they dont have time to go to court. They refuse thir lived ones to come on the property. They would rather let someone die then to admit a cheap dollar med could save a life.

Jose Torres I can’t say enough great things about this office… There is hardly any wait time, I’m usually seen within a minutes of arriving. I see Erick Perez and he has incredible bedside manners. He truly takes his time, listens attentively and makes me feel heard and cared for. The intake nurse is also very kind and welcoming which makes the whole experience even better. The front desk is exceptional as well, always helpful and friendly I am beyond grateful to have found a medical office like this one. Highly recommend.

Ashley Housemann Iv been going to this office for a cpl years.. Yes there are extremely long waits to be seen even if you have an apt. they go by sign in,the office is ugly & small,the staff isnt mean I just dont think they like everyone that comes in(lol),the dr is good & meds are helping but my pet-pev is that I drive from PSL w/an apt. & take the day off work 3x now & theres a sign on the door that the office is closed,yet noone informed me & noone answers the phone:(

Mike Bishop Ive had no bad experiences. Wait times can be challenging but I know this so I plan accordingly. Dr gives me as much time as I need and is very understanding. Only thing that I wish would change would be him opening on Fridays.

Caitlin Lastinger I’m so thankful for such an amazing birth experience at Good Sam! I really wanted to have my first baby in the Lilly Pulitzer suite, but I had no real expectations of the staff or overall experience beyond that (that’s how you can tell it was my first pregnancy). The labor and birth did not go at all according to plan, but my nurses just rolled with it and made me feel safe and taken care of. Special shout out to Denisha who LITERALLY held my hand through contractions, vomiting, bathroom trips, and getting my epidural. She answered every question with a smile and enough detail to make sure I felt informed and at ease. When it came time for my baby boy to meet the world, things took a bad turn and I can’t say enough how much I appreciate the way the whole room went into action without missing a beat. You could feel the urgency as NICU and respiratory ran into the room, but no one showed any signs of stress or panic which kept me calm during a mother’s worst nightmare. My recovery time was equally as pleasant. Thank you Nurse Taylor for taking the time to teach us how to properly swaddle and bathe our boy, and the LC Kathy for her tips and unending patience while teaching me how to breastfeed. I have only great things to say about every nurse, doctor, and tech I met during my stay.They took excellent care of me and made sure I went home with a healthy baby boy!

Iana Makhnovskaya I have amazing experience with dr. Howard Goodman, I was so lucky to find this doctor, wonderful specialist, feel safe in his hands. Surgery was very good. Hospital stuff like nurses Eve, Lovely, Sonia, Tatiana, Annakey was great, helpful, kindest person. Feel very comfortable and they really take care about me. Thank you again!

Laura Ortiz Dr. Agnes Supala Berger is an amazing amazing doctor. Everything about her as a physician and a person. The whole staff is very attentive and professional. I couldn’t recommend her enough as a neurologist.

Marks Fernandez Bad organization and worst experience Ive had with Uhealth. I had an appointment with the Urologist. I clearly said that I couldnt be there at 3:30 but at 4 because of work and the distance. They cancelled my appointment because the doctor went to the emergency room. Then they rescheduled the appointment at 3:30 and I couldnt get there. I arrived at 3:54 pm and they simply told me that they couldnt see me. Here the patient is NOT IMPORTANT, if not them and the doctor, I hope they do well. I will never go back to that office. And Im doing a lot by writing because 1 star is too much.

Chelsea Garber I absolutely love this Dr’s office. I’m battling some pretty major health issues and everyone at this office has been amazing!!! From the moment I walk into the office I am First greeted by the receptionist Who always has a smile on her face and is so accommodating (Especially for my horrible time management and Barely following through with my appointments) I NEVER feel like I’m judged or spoken to like as if I’m an inconvenience. Next I meet with the medical assistant And she always has a smile on her face. She is so thoughtful and caring. Her words of encouragement, do not go unnoticed. Then I either meet with Dr. Olsen or Joanna and both of them have been absolutely AMAZING!!! They actually care and show it by spending time With me, explaining everything to me, and Learning about me. Each time I have met with each of them it has been approximately 45 minutes to an hour that they sit in the room and talk with me. Now a Days physicians give you five minutes of their time before they’re running out of the room, but not them. They genuinely care and I want this office to know that there, kindness, dedication, and concern for my health and well-being Do not go unnoticed. Thank you all so much

johnny johnson The staff is so unprofessional and very rude. We were told to be there by 8:10 for our appointment at 8:15. Did the pre checkin on line. Got there at 8:03 was not greeted and girl behind desk points to the kiosk to check in and I did complete that. For next twenty three minutes at least four more employees came to work I spoke good morning as they came in no response. Another patient came around 8:30 gave his name at desk and was seen in less than 5 minutes. Ten minutes later another patient walks in and gives his name and sits down. Then two females behind desk says who are you I said we checked in on the kiosk. They said no you didnt and I assured them I had. Then instead of them calling us over they start across the reception area saying we didnt do kiosk what was our name for third time. He got so upset cause by then it was going on 9 oclock. And we never saw the Dr just the nurse practitioner. No one should be ignored for an hour and then treated like that. The office never called to find out the problem so I called the next day for results and when they finally called me back they did not want to hear about the problem. Need better staff that actually cares about the patient
