She makes you feel at home, and does much more than her job, she takes care of every detail. Very friendly and professional.I would definitely recommend!!!

Gwen Herman I only visit this salon when I’m in a pinch for a manicure or pedicure. My regular nail tech is in Boca, but since moving to Fort Lauderdale, I’ve tried this franchise a few times. While the nail techs are talented and offer a variety of services, there are some concerns that prevent me from fully recommending it. The main issue is their lack of itemized receipts, which is a basic expectation for transparency. Additionally, the management can be unprofessional. On one visit, I booked a French dip manicure for my birthday, but the results were cloudy and didn’t resemble a French style. The nail tech worked to fix it with a gel top coat, but the manager made an unnecessary comment that left a bad impression. To provide context, my prior visit was in August for my graduation. I received a full set of gel extensions and a pedicure, and the total came to nearly $400, which was shocking. Since then, I’ve made an effort to clearly communicate my preferences to avoid surprises. While the nail techs are skilled and the services are decent, the lack of transparency and unprofessional management bring the experience down.

M Ca I was disappointed with the rude staff but shrugged it off to a bad day. However, they didn’t remove our dip properly and now clearly shows through the nail polish. They really just try to get customers in and out as fast as possible without caring of the quality

R. Nieves The worst experience I’ve ever had. 1. She did not clean/ care for my cuticles. She only used a nail drill which left my cuticles round and undone. As well as not removing the cuticles on the side of my nails 2. She left the SNS dip gritty where I can see the texture through the color. 3. The SNS was applied directly on my cuticle which looks poorly done. 4. She did not cover all of the base color, the photos show it all. Because my cuticles were not properly manicured the SNS looks globby and my nail beds look round. It’s absolutely horrendous & as I kindly brought these things to her attention she acted like she was addressing my issues but didn’t. I had a simple SNS and it’s honestly embarrassing.

Ed Cave Ive been going to Polished Nail regularly for about 7 years. Never had a bad experience. The deluxe spa pedicure is awesome. The nail techs have always done a great job. The salon is clean and staff is friendly. Helen runs an excellent business. I highly recommend without hesitation!

rania abboud I love my main/pedi! Juliana took me as a same day appointment and I’m so glad she did. Not only are her prices more reasonable than others around the area but she did such an amazing job. I did regular polish because I don’t like gel. She was meticulous and took her time to make sure my nails looked perfect. They looked like she did gel polish! She also did a fabulous job with the pedi and scrubbed my feet with a salt scrub that made them feel so soft and incredible. If I lived in Ft. Lauderdale I would be a regular customer here.

Taylor Marris Made an appointment for mani/pedi. Pedicure was fine. Manicure is the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I feel bad because the nail tech worked with me and worked really hard but he cut nearly every one of my nail beds, burned me multiple times with the drill under my nail, and filed so much on the sides my skin is raw. My nails and fingers hurt. Do NOT go to this salon. We came from Tampa with no power after Milton. I had to cancel my nail appointment with my local nail tech. We are in town for MY WEDDING and I’m stuck with painful nails that I’m honestly worried are going to get infected. The reviews were decent but do not believe the other reviews. The nails themselves look decent but my cuticles and skin is so tender and painful.

Bonnie Mawby I was invited to a formal wedding and needed an up-do for my hair which I have never done before so I was nervous…. Lisa did an amazing updo for me, just like the magazines! She asks you what you have in mind and takes great care in creating that look! I was amazed!!!! You can definitely trust her to give you the look that you want!

Jennifer Dong and Nina are amazing. My nails are always perfect when they do it. Salon is super clean and everyone is very nice. The selection of colors and quality of their dip colors and regular polish is great very happy with the service for these two.

danielle bruscato I finally had a day off and decided to treat myself to a much-needed pedicure at my favorite nail salon. Unfortunately, my go-to nail tech, Ben, was out of town. From the start of my appointment, the nail tech began pointing out everything wrong with my feet. Telling me I left my polish on too long, cut my nails too short, and had an ingrown nail. When I acknowledged the ingrown, she dismissed me with, “No, you don’t.” She then went on to criticize Ben, saying he doesn’t know how to fix ingrown nails. At that point, I decided to put my headphones in and try to enjoy the rest of my pedicure. However, her behavior only got worse. She made a point of dramatically putting lint or debris onto the top of my foot, whistling at every piece she removed. It felt intentional, and when I finally spoke up and told her I didn’t appreciate how she was acting, her response was, “I just wanted you to see.” That’s when I realized she was being rude on purpose. I was so overwhelmed and upset that I actually started crying. I sat there, just waiting for the appointment to be over. She apologized, but by then, the experience was already ruined. After years of coming to this salon, I never expected to be treated this way. I even reached out afterward, but never received a follow-up call.

Hez zio I deleted my previous review because quite honestly, I’m annoyed with my experience yesterday. I’ve been a loyal customer for the past several months, coming in bi-weekly for a fill. I call ahead to make an appointment because my time is limited with working full time and having small kids. This is the only time I get for myself and I cherish it. I’ve waited patiently as appointments carry over, I’m understanding. I’ve even come on different days when calling and being told that day was booked…but yesterday to call and make an appointment and then show up for the appointment to be told “I’m sorry, the lady ahead of you chose a pedicure too, it’s going to be an extra 30 minutes” is just crazy to me. I asked for anyone else, as again, my time is limited, and everyone else had appointments. I guess my appointment wasn’t good enough to honor. I was asked to wait or come back the next day. I said that’s ok, I won’t be coming back. I walked out and took my bi-weekly $90 manicure else where. The lady at my new place sure appreciated the 25% tip I always provide. All it would have taken was a phone call or better calendar management on their part and they would have kept a very loyal customer. ✌️

Marcelina Rodriguez worst experience ever. I’ve been coming to this nail salon over 2+ years. I’m usually taken care of by Henry and/or Tim (they’re great) For whatever reason, after Tim completed my refill I was told that Snow (lady at the first desk) was going to be doing my polish. First off, she seemed irritated that I asked her to make it my French tip more thin. I asked her to re do it. The paint job is horrific. The most sloppy French tips I’ve ever seen. She then puts 3 clear top coats on one hand and 2 on the other. Then proceeded to ARGUE with me after I told her that. Needless to say, I won’t be ever be returning. EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional.

Kelley Ipiales If I could select zero stars I would. I asked for a full set acrylic with gel, the lady did not do ANY preparation to my nails and just slapped on the acrylics without even measuring if the size was correct, proceeded to file in all sorts of directions making one square, one round, and the lengths were completely different on each nail. When I asked her to correct things she kept getting upset so another person took over. He said he would fix them and then made it worse by making the shorter nails even shorter. I told them I asked for long and since the lady already ruined one to make it shorter, they were gonna make all of them shorter!!!!! I was passed on to a THIRD person which also had no idea how to fix the nails and was attempting to file all the way down to start again. She mentioned how if I want them to clean my nails prior to beginning anything it’s an extra cost!!! There was no filing, no cuticle removal, not even a light soak of any kind!!!! I got very upset and asked for a removal of everything and to just leave. I will NEVER recommend such an awful place to anyone!!!! Do NOT waste your money here!!!! I left the place full of glue and my nails with patchy pieces of acrylic. This was the worst nail experience I have ever had.

Joely Farkas I booked a full acrylic set for myself and a pedicure for my friend last minute on vacation and they 100% delivered for us! E we’re able to get in very quickly and the service was excellent. My nail tech was very thorough checking the evenness of the nails and gave me a set I was very happy with! My friends nails also turned out well and the prices were not bad at all. $40 for the full set was very reasonable, especially for the good quality!!

Ashley Kittelson I came here for a gel manicure. The staff were friendly and did a good job prepping my nails. But the polish was applied poorly and got onto my skin in several spots. Would not recommend.

Holly D I have been to many nail salons and nail techs, and Yesica is by far the best! My nails always look beautiful; my gel nails last three weeks, and my gel pedi lasts much longer. Her salon is clean and personal. I highly recommend!

tschristie To start, making an online appointment with Natalia is as easy as pie. Just find your service and click the service. She will send you a confirmation and you are good to go. Her salon is conveniently located on 17th Street and is clean and cute. Its easy and nice to sit back and relax with a beverage and let her pamper you with a nice mani and pedi. I have been getting the Gel X Russian manicures with her and love that she considers what shape of nail and attempts any design that I come up with to go with the outfit, event and/or season. You truly wont regret going to The Nail Method.

Vivi Garbanzo The place was ok. Staff was friendly and they did a good job and on my mani pedi. But I decided to get my eyelashes done here. The eyelash tech used way too much glue and placed the lash underneath my eyelash instead of over, allowing my eyelashes to feel heavy and become crunchy. I am very disappointed with my service because this was a botched job. I want the owner and the eyelash tech to understand that our eyes are valuable. It is not just an ugly beauty treatment, defective eyelashes could lead to hair loss, infection, or even escalate to blindness if the person wearing the lashes doesn’t have the judgement to remove them. I think I’ll have to report this service to BBB because I am disgusted by the lack of consideration for my eyes. UPDATE: three star rating down to 1. The manager responded stating I would receive a refund. I call the salon to verify and they tell me “come in and we’ll see.” I tell them that is an unacceptable response. They tell me I will receive a refund if I come in. I go to the salon to be told by the owner that she did my eyelashes properly and that they can’t do anything if I took the eyelashes off. (I attached the pictures prior to her even offering the refund). They wasted my time and gas. They have terrible customer service and are disrespectful. There are other places to go, don’t waste your time you’ll just be mistreated.

BABE FRAZIER I got a pedicure done last week and I believe her name was Lucy or Linda she did an absolute fantastic job I walked in with cow feet and I walked out with feet that look like they belong on a human I hope she remembers me she painted on black Im having a bit of a problem because I looked at my credit card and I charge $45 but the pedicure was 40 and I put $5 tip on the card and when I looked at my credit card it said transaction was canceled please get back to me and let me know what happened because if it was canceled I owe you the money so please let me know because I want her to do my pedicure again next month my experience with this nail place first time was fantastic

Miami Wicked I come here to get my eyebrows and eyelashes done. And I am never disappointed. They do a great job. I bring my all lashes because I like a certain brand but they do have different brands less even colored lashes available so they are definitely recommended in my book.

Amy This place is a really lovely salon. They built it with great ventilation so it doesn’t smell like chemicals. The manicurists are very professional and very talented. I always feel relaxed when I’m here and walk out with a perfect manicure or pedicure.

Adriana Medina Ive been going to Holi for about 2 years now and every time I go its a great experience. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. The salon is very relaxing. I have had my nails done by almost every technician there and they all do an amazing job. I love the dazzle dry polish, depending how I take care of my nails they can last for about two weeks. I also get my facials there as well with Shanice and leave there beyond relaxed every time. Thank you ladies for always being the best!

Jacqueline Shepherd I am a new yorker snow-birding in the area. Of course on the hunt for an amazing nail place ! I was greeted with a warm smile right away , and asked if i would like anything to drink . The place is spotless! I asked to have a manicure and pedicure at the same time and was happy i could be accommodated on such short notice. Christine gave me one of the best pedicures I have ever had! And I have had many! The attention to detail and cleaning was just what I wanted. Andreina did my hard gel manicure and It was fast and beautiful . This place is a new FAVE. Erika Janicsek I had my nails done at this salon on December 21, 2024, at noon. By the morning of December 23, one of my nails broke off while I was sleeping. Communication at the salon is minimal. They claim a 5-minute wait time, but I waited for 40 minutes. They work like an assembly line, rushing through each customer’s nails. The black-haired woman who did my nails seemed to be the main communicator with everyone. My nails were done in about 20 minutes, possibly less. I’ve never had my nails done so quickly before. Initially, I was pleased as I didn’t notice any major issues with her work. She used air-dry acrylic, with no other options available. I found my nails to be quite thin. Oddly, she didn’t trim the cuticles or clean my nails properly. I’m very upset because I rarely have short nails, and I’ve never had one break off before. The next morning, while adjusting my pillow in bed, my finger caught for a split second, and the nail broke off instantly. I regret spending $50 on this service. I chose this place because it was popular and seemed reasonably priced, but it was a huge mistake. They advertise a 10% discount for cruise ship passengers, but didn’t honor it. The staff’s English is poor and hard to understand. This was the worst decision I’ve made. I’ll be in America for two more months, coming from Europe, and now I probably have to wait 3-4 weeks for my nail to heal! I strongly advise against choosing this business due to serious quality issues. This place should be shut down! I don’t understand how they can operate like this.

Matty Medeiros Absolutely horrible! Got a manicure just before my sailing and they have started to chip and peel in less than 24 hours! The experience was less than ideal! Had to go back right after my appointment as some of the nails were bubbly! Then today it’s peeling! Not worth the 60.00 I paid!

Gra Oliveira This has to be the worst job someone has ever done in my nails. When I was done it looked like my little niece did it. The cuticles looked so poorly done. The nail polish wasn’t even, it had many “holes” on the “finish”. So bad that I had to go back and ask for a touch up. Still, it looked terrible! The job was done in a hurry too. I’m never going back again. 1st and last time.
