Christopher King Let me begin by saying that Riviera Auto is a truly a gem to have in the community. We all know the struggle of finding a reliable and honest auto repair shop who values their customer’s humanity over their profitability. Who takes care of you every step of the way and makes sure that you are informed and comfortable throughout what is often times a stressful situation. I’m 42, have owned dozens of vehicles and have been to plenty of shops; and Brian will bend over backwards to make sure that you get the service you need, at the highest possible quality with a level of communication you will be hard pressed to find anywhere else; especially in Lake county. I can’t overstate how great of hands your vehicle is on when you take it to Riviera auto. Also Haley is an absolute peach and sharp as a tac and was so great at answering any of my questions and being super helpful. This place definitely has an above and beyond vibe that I have every confidence you will see for yourself. 11/10 Highly recommend!

Christina LeMieux This is just an update. I reviewed On Site Auto several years ago. The other day I took my car in for something minor and realized that it’s been a while since my first review for them in 2018. I just wanted to say that these guys are still the absolute best. Not only professional and excellent at what they do (they have kept my 2016 running perfect more efficiently and cost-effectively than the dealer)… but they are also good, kind folks, which is something you don’t always see. Thank you On Site, for continuing to be a great example of a business serving your community that you can take pride in. I always refer people over there whenever someone’s wondering about a good and honest auto repair shop and I will continue to choose you guys every time.

Cathiemarie Fling This is a small but busy shop because Carlos, the owner, knows what hes doing and does it well. I was referred to him by both Napa Auto. AND. OReillys auto parts shops as the guy to go to when l had trouble starting my car . Carlos fixed the problem the same day l brought it in and l dont feel like l was overcharged or taken advantage of because Im an old lady. Ill take my van back to him if l ever need repair work done on my van again.

Michelle A. After someone backed into me (and didnt even leave a note!) I needed a bummer straightening, which required brackets to be heated and bent to correct angle and weld. They did it very next day, quick, and fair price. Would recommend!

Stewart Brown The shop and guys at Milts Service Garage did an excellent job again. Adrian and Keith took care of me as always. My 2016 Suburban had lost power and wouldnt shift in gear or engage. I called Milts and they got me in right away. They first ran a diagnostic and it turned out I needed a new transmission. It was a big expense, but I knew I could trust this shop to get the job done right the first time and get my vehicle back on the road, and thats what they did. Thank you Milts for another job well done.

Mike Smith after dealing with parent company Wicked Sounds for several years without incident I was more than willing to give Wicked Automotive a shot when my diesels air conditioning pump took a crap on me. I dropped truck off and they got right on it diagnosing the issue making sure what I had explained to them was indeed the issue. they confirmed the issue and dug deeper to find what led up to that issue. they fixed the air conditioning and got back to me extremely quick. air blew colder than ever before. they didnt try to up sale me or make me feel like I was dumb. they did the job, got me back my truck affordably and checked in on me a week later to assure I was no longer having issues. the owner and his team will do their best to make sure in the event of an issue down the road you will be wanting to call them first. A+ customer service and professionalism. HIGHLY RECOMEND.
