Flappy Flapjacks I only had one experience, they seem highly skilled and proficient. And although I had got very upset with them for starting unauthorized work, I still give them 5 out of 5 stars. I will take my car back for maintenance or repairs to them, almost exclusively. - My belt was making noises so I took it to replace it. The owner came out and instantly and correctly recognized the real problems. An oil leak ....that I knew about but didnt realize it was causing the belt to start to fail. A common problem with BMWs. But the oil could be damaging other components also. He told me exactly where the leak was and what its doing and what it could be doing and what needed to be done to fix it. The miscommunication happened because they were supposed to just look at what is happening, the damage and what needs to be done and then get back to me with a quote or something. But instead I have to walk in there a week later and ask whats going on with my car and they say "its being fixed". This really upset me because I dont know what was being fixed, or at what cost. The owners not great at returning calls. Its not that I thought they were ripping me off but if the valve cover or other main seals need changed, then that would cost a lot of money and I would have to consider my options. I completely believe the shop is honest. - The work that they needed to do on my car was definitely needed and the price they charged me was reasonable. Dealing and talking to some of their mechanics and watching, they seem highly proficient and skilled. My general impression of the owner and the shop is that he is an well-liked guy in the neighborhood and county and seems very trustworthy. Trust seems to be a mechanics major problem. I trust this shop.

Tom Paderna Had a trim switch problem on my boat first thing. They got me in ASAP and replaced two relays and got me back on the water while I had breakfast! Wow. Great service and fast! Highly recommended. They told me they work on all kinds of motors, including my old EFI Mercury which dealers wont touch anymore. Good guys, they helped me out in a pinch.

Jody McCaughin Jeff is fantastic! He is very honest and doesnt charge you a lot for the jobs he does. I took my vehicle in to have the air conditioning recharged, and he put it through its paces. For a system that holds 62 ounces, it only cost me $216.00

Rick Areans My truck was shaking furiously and I made an appointment. I was expecting something major and expensive but after they inspected I was told that a nut was loose after tightening the problem was solved no more shaking. Very professionals knowledgeable and above all honest. My mechanic from now on. Thank you.

Deanne P. Sky Shop Autobody did a fabulous job on the repairs to my truck. The detailing was straight up on point too. My truck looked better than when I bought it. The staff were all very nice and helpful also. I highly recommend Alexander and his business.

Hayley Stephens Keith ("Corpsman") was the one to tow my car to my friends mechanic shop. I had inquired for a tow with my insurance, but called my mechanic friend who recommended All In One. Coincidentally, thats who my insurance sent. Corpsman was super nice, originally I was going to have the car towed to my house, but we towed it to the mechanics shop down the road from my house that was still in the same area. He made the process super easy and painless. He also came very quickly! Ive had problems before with tow trucks arriving hours later. Corpsman was about 30 minutes away and that was accurate. He worked quickly and efficiently and he was easy to communicate with. Super thankful for the tow! Thank you for your cervix (oops I mean service.)

Edgar Lopez He did a great job, he came to me with few miner issues with the car as he stared doing the work , and let me know that he could do the fix next time that I get my oil change. Definitely I will recommend him to my fellas friends

We all know the struggle of finding a reliable and honest auto repair shop who values their customer’s humanity over their profitability. Who takes care of you every step of the way and makes sure that you are informed and comfortable throughout what is often times a stressful situation. I’m 42, have owned dozens of vehicles and have been to plenty of shops; and Brian will bend over backwards to make sure that you get the service you need, at the highest possible quality with a level of communication you will be hard pressed to find anywhere else; especially in Lake county. I can’t overstate how great of hands your vehicle is on when you take it to Riviera auto. Also Haley is an absolute peach and sharp as a tac and was so great at answering any of my questions and being super helpful. This place definitely has an above and beyond vibe that I have every confidence you will see for yourself. 11/10 Highly recommend!
