Kit Tran Its been weeks and still cant get a proper prescription or referral. This place is so going downhill with their new NP. Not impressed. When you sign up for the Dr., you dont actually get the doctor, you get the NP. And their skillset is suspect.

Justin Rosen Dr. Patel has been my wifes and my Primary Care Physician for the past 10 years. He is excellent. Dr. Patel always finds time to fit us into his busy schedule. His evaluations are thorough and proactive ensuring we stay healthy. We love his new office too.

BG BGARD You don’t want to end up here no matter how bad or sick you feel, This place is just another cash cow run by Vietnamese/Koreans and subcontracted the worse of the kind doctors and nurses, but still short staffed. No proper rooms nor any help at the reception and you will be passed back n forth to Triage and Reception. Kaiser is a much better option compared to these mom n pops medical center where if something goes wrong , You will not find the responsible one!!

Despite it being the weekend, I was able to see a doctor promptly, which was a huge relief given my urgent medical needs. The efficiency with which the staff handled everything was truly impressive. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The reception staff were incredibly professional and helpful, quickly processing my information and ensuring that I was comfortable while waiting. The waiting area was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. When it was time to see the doctor, I was escorted to a private room where I was met with the same level of professionalism and care. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly examined me, and provided a clear and concise explanation of my condition and the necessary treatment. I never felt rushed or overlooked; instead, I felt genuinely cared for and valued as a patient. The entire team at A&C Urgent Care demonstrated a high level of expertise and compassion. They handled my needs with urgency and ensured that I received the best possible care. The medical staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and empathetic, making sure that all my questions were answered and that I felt reassured throughout the process. In addition to the excellent medical care, the follow-up process was seamless. The staff provided clear instructions for my recovery and made sure I had all the necessary information before I left. They even followed up with a phone call to check on my progress, which was a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. Overall, my experience at A&C Urgent Care was outstanding. The combination of prompt service, professional and caring staff, and a clean and welcoming environment made a stressful situation much more manageable. I highly recommend A&C Urgent Care to anyone in need of urgent medical attention. Elija slinkard I voluntarily came here because I was having a panic attack. When I asked to leave, they placed me on a 5150 hold without evaluating me at all which is illegal. The entire time I was here, there wasn’t a single therapist or therapy group offered. The “occupational” therapy was literally them letting everyone go outside and do nothing for 30 minutes. No instruction, no guided activities, nothing. The facility was also so disgusting and unclean it made me incredibly nauseous. Do not send your loved ones here if they need help. This place did literally nothing to help but pump people full of medication. Because I’m pregnant they couldn’t give me any meds so I was forced to sit there and do literally nothing all day. Not great for anyone’s mental health at all.

Nessa Sanchez Dr. Le is an excellent doctor. I been going to her for over 13 years. She always prescribes the correct medication to get you feeling better. Thank you so much Dr.Le for all that you do. For always going above and beyond for your patients. I highly recommend her. I sent my family and friends to her and they all love her. She’s truly a great doctor. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jaime Viramontes In a few and simple words. This doctor rocks! He totally makes you feel like family,Ive never felt so safe and well taken care of in my life. He answers all ur questions and takes every little detail that you mention regarding your problem or situation in consideration. Hes simply the best in hes profession. I dont know about every one alse,but for me,he is going be my permanent doctor from here and now on. I was totally please with the service and treatment I received from him and his staff. Totally professional and reliable if you asked me. I wouldnt go anywhere alse. Kirsten Lee The doctor was very friendly and helpful. However, the front staff was rude to everyone who came in. I went there twice and the first time I was there I listened to on lady screaming into the phone for a good 10 minutes regarding labs on a patient. I understand fighting for your patient, but she was completely unprofessional to the person on the other end. When I signed in I told them I was new. They directed me to sit and wait for 2 hours and then yelled at me for not filling out the paper work they never gave me. I am finding a new doctors office because of the horrible receptionist services I received both times.

Calvin Sung MD MBA hands down the best primary care doctor I have had in my life. He really cares about his patients beyond what most doctors are willing to do for their patients whether it is a long personal visit to make sure every question I had is addressed or urgent appointments for my parents who are senior medicare patients, Dr. Singh goes above and beyond to make himself available.
