Gdog Rocks The physician assistants have a wonderful demeanor when taking care of patients and are very pleasant to talk to. Dr. Amin is very pleasant and positive as well. But we waited for over an hour in the room and we were only there to get the results of my brothers procedure. Once they discovered that they forgot we were waiting for the doctor to come in and speak to my brother, they finally walked in. By the way, the first assistant who took my brothers weight and blood pressure is a beautiful girl. Wonderful way with patients and very efficient. Would love to know her name. Shes absolutely gorgeous.

Carri Petrus Dr. Cheng has been wonderful in managing my new medications. He is responsive to my concerns and provides excellent education. I am able to schedule appointments quickly and efficiently. His support staff are accessible by telephone for questions and make me feel well cared for.

Beren Kiraz Horrendous staff and policies. Hopefully, you will not have to get treatment at this facility. Not worth a single penny. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone at UCI Single Billing Office, Matthew, called me broke because I did not want to pay a bill of $1348.40 for popping a shoulder back in. My insurance already paid $4000+. They want to make a buck off of you. You are nothing but a number to them. They will disrespect you if you do not want to pay. Make them beg for that money. They dont deserve your good side. Respectfully.

Michael Montoya Came here today for my dads wound care appointment. The Nurse (Tim) was the one to help us out. Even provided us a bed to take care of a personal unrelated medical matter that required some privacy. They were extra accommodating to our needs on top of our regular appointment provisions. Elizabeth Ganshirt My father had a massive stroke and was transported to this hospital. In reality, there was nothing any medical professionals could do to save him. But the ICU nurses and doctors ran tests and monitored him tirelessly. They also performed countless small tasks to keep him as comfortable as possible while he was in a medically induced coma. They were all so kind to my large family as we gathered to visit the man we loved before he eventually passed away. I felt that Chris and Megan and the other nurses were careful to maintain my fathers dignity. And I appreciated the candor of a neurosurgery physicians assistant named Jane. I was also grateful for the palliative care/hospice team. They had a plan in place to provide hospice services in the ICU so we didnt need to arrange a transfer. Thank you for caring for my father with such respect and dedication.

Rafael Pimentel The meeting with Dr. Trucvy Le was an exceedingly pleasant experience. Her utmost care and attentiveness in asking the pertinent questions enabled her to diagnose my condition accurately. Additionally, her prescription of the necessary medication proved effective.
