Beren Kiraz Horrendous staff and policies. Hopefully, you will not have to get treatment at this facility. Not worth a single penny. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone at UCI Single Billing Office, Matthew, called me broke because I did not want to pay a bill of $1348.40 for popping a shoulder back in. My insurance already paid $4000+. They want to make a buck off of you. You are nothing but a number to them. They will disrespect you if you do not want to pay. Make them beg for that money. They dont deserve your good side. Respectfully.

Otto Steinegeweg I fell 30 ft. ,landing on my head and chest, yet no one thought about an xray or MRI of my neck. Even though I complained of tremendous pain in my neck every day and night, it didnt dawn on anyone that maybe something was wrong. I didnt find out about my dislocated neck for 30 days at follow up doctor. He said it was the first time in 30 year career someone came into his office with a dislocated neck, instead of it being taken care of in the emergency room setting. Also, I was given NO sedative when they set my double compound fracture of left leg. I was told its the only way they could do it so "go ahead and scream all you want." I dont know how many commercials I watched on the TV, bragging about what a great Trauma Center I was in. Best in the country.

Travel Tery One of the greatest dr u can have. My grandma has been coming here for the past 40year plus and by far, he has been honest and saved my grandma lots of times. She is in a great shape thx to dr saran. I highly recommend sending your grandparents to him. Thank you for everything Dr Saran

Spezialkrafte 03 Ive visited this hospital several times to see my friends who became patients. Observing the staff that they have, very professional, hard working and seems going beyond at all times. A number of them have displayed great interaction with patients and families. You seldom get this now, person to person treatment. I just hope that the Providence group take care of their employees. At the end of the day, you need great people to run a tight ship!

Meka Gibson Omg the staff here in this ER is the definition of team work. I wish I could thank everyone who had a helping hand in helping me today. I can say that I’m happy that I choose to come to this ER even though it’s not close to the house . Not many times you can go to the ER and feel like they are listening and actually care.I was spoken to like an actual human being. I was greeted with smiles and caring attitudes. I even got a few laughs and jokes. Everyone made this experience such a pleasant experience. From the lady at the front desk and even the guy who pushed my wheelchair to get some test done. Even my discharge process was pleasant.Even while EMS bringing people in I could still hear names being called for people to get treatment.So they are the definition of team work makes the dream work.

DEAN PARK Had an opportunity to spend 2days after an ankle surgery 2wks ago, and there isnt a thing to complain about anything from start to finish. About 12 different nurses had to deal with me and they were all kind and professional making me look for excuses to stay a but longer.

Libby Dahl I am not a patient of this office, but had an urgent question about a medication and my regular pediatrician was not open. They answered on the weekend and the doctor was able to help me over the phone. Very excellent service!

Maggie Morrison My first visit w/ Dr. Medina, I was referred to her by my pharmacist. I am very happy to have found her. She is very nice, the staff is very nice. I think I have found my new Dr.

BG BGARD You don’t want to end up here no matter how bad or sick you feel, This place is just another cash cow run by Vietnamese/Koreans and subcontracted the worse of the kind doctors and nurses, but still short staffed. No proper rooms nor any help at the reception and you will be passed back n forth to Triage and Reception. Kaiser is a much better option compared to these mom n pops medical center where if something goes wrong , You will not find the responsible one!!
