1 /5 Florilyn Sheene Marce: Extremely Disappointing Experience - Lack of Care and Compassion
My mother was in severe pain when we arrived at the hospital, yet we were left waiting in the lobby for over 6 hours. During this time, my parents requested a blanket for my mother but were told that blankets were unavailable, and if they provided one, other patients would also ask for them. This response showed a complete lack of compassion and patient care.
After hours of waiting, my mother was only given pain medication, and no tests were conducted. We were then sent home without any further examination or treatment. It is unfathomable that a hospital would treat patients in this manner. I strongly advise avoiding this facility, as you can find better and more compassionate care elsewhere.
This experience left me and my family feeling disappointed, frustrated, and utterly let down by the lack of empathy and professionalism demonstrated by the hospital staff.
