Cynthia SCHMIDLIN Dr. Casey Grover saw my husband at the CHOMPS ER recently, following a fall and concussion. He diagnosed Hydrocephalus, after ordering a CAT scan to determine any underlying causes for the fall, other than balance issues occurring for over two years. Not one of the doctors or physical therapists who have been seeing him thought of testing for this condition. Like hundreds of thousands who are afflicted with Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus, his symptoms were attributed to arthritis and other age-related issues. The neurologist to whom Dr. Grover referred us confirmed the diagnosis. He referred us to a neurosurgeon who can operate to drain the excess cranial spinal fluid in his brain, stop any further neurological damage, and reverse some serious symptoms. Thank you, Dr. Grover, from the bottom of our hearts.

The anesthesiologist was excellent she took care of all my concerns and carefully selected anaesthesia according to my medical needs.The nurses were great and very attentive. Dr Fejes did an outstanding job a very talented and professional surgeon. You are in good safe hands at the Monterey surgery center.
