Teadora Monteith Its taken me an unfortunately long time to write this review as Ive been driving cross country. Before coming to Tom I was in a huge rut. I had to be across the country in 2 weeks and my car was having drivability issues along with the check engine light being on. It was waiting at the Chevy dealership for a part that they told me they had no idea when would arrive. I called Toms and was immediately able to schedule an appointment with them. When they looked at my car they were able to fix it in a day and charged me less than 200 dollars for something the dealership was quoting at $1,800. I could not recommend this place enough. And would also actively encourage anyone to avoid going to the jiffylube across the street from this location as they were the ones who originally messed up my car (incorrectly installed my air filter)! I wish I could remember the name of the man behind the desk who scheduled my appointment because he was great as well. The employees here were able to reassure me, help me, and save me hundreds of dollars. If u ever have car troubles please seek the help of Toms Auto Shop!

Kris They worked on a yellow 280Z nearly a decade ago, the car is still in great shape and on the road on the Florida Space Coast thanks to their hard work. Fantastic crew there from the owner on down.

Lauren Staples Joe is awesome! I brought my RAV4 in that was having some headlight issues, and he took care of it right away. He also took the time to physically show me the problem, and tell me what was going on. Most dealerships will just talk to you, and they don’t take the time to show you the physical work. My dad has used this business for years as well, and we are both always happy with their work. Really generous and kind guys too, thanks J&D!

Abel Fernandez Alphonso n his co-mechanic were great in repairing my 2006 Land Rover with multiple mechanical issues including transmission leak, rear brakes n non-functional sensors. It’s been over a week since I picked it up ,it’s running great!!! If one is patient with repairs, Automotive Specialist in Sand City is place to take your vehicle. Costs were competitive n fair. Alphonso has over 25 years,as I consider ,a master mechanic .

Debbie Cossi My ac stopped working on the way to visit Carmel. This shop took me last minute and tried everything to troubleshoot the issue. Because it was working again when they checked it, They could not figure it out, but I believe they did their best. He only charged me a nominal fee for his time. And they were friendly and updated me a few times while they had my car. I would recommend this group for your auto needs.

Bobby Kramer My experience with Just Andy was very pleasurable. They know their stuff he not only fixed up my fuel leakage and fuel hose issue. They helped me learn about the bus too and did extra little things they didn’t have to. You can feel comfortable in knowing you’re in good hands going to Just Andy

Lily A long overdue review: Natales saved my beautiful 1997 Ranger from the scrap heap. I bought it used --- single-owner, only 75,000 miles and had lived the last twenty years like a pampered house cat, rarely taken out of the garage, so I thought Id hit the lotto. It drove beautifully for about a month. Then came the oil leaks, followed by an ominous engine ticking. By the time I took it to Natales, it felt like every additional mile was damaging the truck --- which they confirmed, on the spot. It took two months. They basically rebuilt or replaced everything under the hood. No call went unanswered and I was contacted regularly with updates and estimate adjustments. The transparency was outstanding and the work first-class. Not an odd sound or a drip since. I couldnt be more grateful. Ill never take my truck to another mechanic.
