Frank and his team got me in and out quickly during the holidays, and provided expert technical and customer service. They also saved me $3000 compared to a local dealer. From basic maintenance, to more complex jobs, or vehicle upgrades you don’t have the time or tools to do yourself, Susi Auto Repair are a honest, fair, and talented bunch. Highly recommended.

Great customer service and they were both thorough and honest. You do not typically get this type of care with other repair/dealer services.

5 /5 Laura Levin: I had an incredibly positive experience at Susi Auto Repair! When my car suddenly started freaking out, they were able to diagnose it the same day. I had recommended some things I wanted to have done, but they actually talked me out of procedures that would have been more costly for me since they were unnecessary. Furthermore, they contacted my Toyota dealership directly and figured out that the exact problem I was experiencing was covered under a recall. This was another opportunity for them to make extra money, but instead, they showed an incredible amount of integrity and amazing customer service in the way the whole situation was handled. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

3 /5 Daniel Alvarez: I brought my car in for an inspection because the oil pressure light was flickering. Customer service was good and I definitely appreciated Frank (the owner) patiently taking the time to explain the procedure. At the end of the day, however, they wanted to charge me $150 to replace the air cabin filter, windshield wipers, and a tail light. I declined the service because I found it to be rather expensive and took it elsewhere.
