UCI trauma center

Otto Steinegeweg I fell 30 ft. ,landing on my head and chest, yet no one thought about an xray or MRI of my neck. Even though I complained of tremendous pain in my neck every day and night, it didnt dawn on anyone that maybe something was wrong. I didnt find out about my dislocated neck for 30 days at follow up doctor. He said it was the first time in 30 year career someone came into his office with a dislocated neck, instead of it being taken care of in the emergency room setting. Also, I was given NO sedative when they set my double compound fracture of left leg. I was told its the only way they could do it so "go ahead and scream all you want." I dont know how many commercials I watched on the TV, bragging about what a great Trauma Center I was in. Best in the country.

Anaheim Medical Group

Ian Anderson This clinic is amazing. One of the best experiences I have had in recent years. The staff is polite, friendly and knowledgeable. We were checked in quickly and did not wait long for our appt. Dr. Kambiz was kind and knowledgeable, as well. Thanks to all.

Anaheim Medical Clinic | Dr. Victor Fayad

Lama Nakami My mom had an excellent experience with Dr. Victor Fayad at Anaheim Medical Clinic. From the moment she walked in she felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Fayad took an extra time to listen to all my mom’s concerns and provided clear, thorough explanation of her condition and treatment options. He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and professional, making my mom feel comfortable and confident in the care she was receiving. The office staff was also very friendly and efficient. We highly recommend Dr. Victor Fayad at Anaheim Medical Clinic to anyone seeking personalized high-quality medical care. Thank you for your genuine service!

CHOC Main Campus - Orange

Robert Lee From start to finish I was blown away by the service at CHOC. We were transferred in from St. Francis hospital. The nurses and doctors were so attentive and kept us up to speed on everything. We had so much confidence that our son would be taken cared of. We were so confident that we rested couple days at home because the nurses took care of our son like it was their own child. Dr Sinha gave me a drawing of what is going on and what surgical procedure they were going to operate. I had such confidence in the doctors to do the job. My son was carefully monitored and taken cared of. We were at CHOC for a time period of about 3 weeks. Was impressed by the security as well. They were very observant and they made sure no unnecessary visitors would go through. Thank you so much to everyone at CHOC! Keep up the great work!

Anaheim Community Hospital

Elija slinkard I voluntarily came here because I was having a panic attack. When I asked to leave, they placed me on a 5150 hold without evaluating me at all which is illegal. The entire time I was here, there wasn’t a single therapist or therapy group offered. The “occupational” therapy was literally them letting everyone go outside and do nothing for 30 minutes. No instruction, no guided activities, nothing. The facility was also so disgusting and unclean it made me incredibly nauseous. Do not send your loved ones here if they need help. This place did literally nothing to help but pump people full of medication. Because I’m pregnant they couldn’t give me any meds so I was forced to sit there and do literally nothing all day. Not great for anyone’s mental health at all.

Martin Luther Medical Plaza

Dena Griffin Both of my parents were frequent patients in the late 80s, early 90s. Dad died there in 1991. We bought plaques. The entire staff couldnt have been kinder or more efficient. The compassion we received was priceless. I realize this is too little and far too late after all the sales of this building, but at the least, it is my sincere offering to its gracious past of caring for the community. I offer thanks to its memory. Dena Griffin

Dr. David Y. Shek, MD

Kirsten Lee The doctor was very friendly and helpful. However, the front staff was rude to everyone who came in. I went there twice and the first time I was there I listened to on lady screaming into the phone for a good 10 minutes regarding labs on a patient. I understand fighting for your patient, but she was completely unprofessional to the person on the other end. When I signed in I told them I was new. They directed me to sit and wait for 2 hours and then yelled at me for not filling out the paper work they never gave me. I am finding a new doctors office because of the horrible receptionist services I received both times.

Santos Joey a MD

Toni Spencer I have been taking a family member to appointments with Dr. Santos for the last 4 years. He has a very warm bedside manner, is very responsive in times of urgency & his staff is very efficient in helping us understand our insurance. Anytime we need a question about meds answered, they always answer promptly.

Orange County Global Medical Center

Elizabeth Ganshirt My father had a massive stroke and was transported to this hospital. In reality, there was nothing any medical professionals could do to save him. But the ICU nurses and doctors ran tests and monitored him tirelessly. They also performed countless small tasks to keep him as comfortable as possible while he was in a medically induced coma. They were all so kind to my large family as we gathered to visit the man we loved before he eventually passed away. I felt that Chris and Megan and the other nurses were careful to maintain my fathers dignity. And I appreciated the candor of a neurosurgery physicians assistant named Jane. I was also grateful for the palliative care/hospice team. They had a plan in place to provide hospice services in the ICU so we didnt need to arrange a transfer. Thank you for caring for my father with such respect and dedication.
