Melinda Davis Dr Azzam and Evelyn Torres, PA have been my daughter’s physicians for over 15 yrs. She has many medical conditions. The care she receives and the trust I have in them is unparalleled. Yes, they are busy and you sometimes have to make follow-up calls, but it’s about getting the right treatment the first time. Thank you Dr Azzam

Chris EDIT 1/4/24: This company does not answer their phones, at all. I had an appointment last week but they called me, 20 minutes before our time, and cancelled. I have called multiple times and they do not answer. I even called the number for doctors and hospitals, that went to a google voicemail. Evelyn is great but the only way to make an appointment is to go in person, and theyre closed from 12-2pm. Argh! You dont want to be here, trust me. Evelyn is their only redeeming quality and who knows how much longer shell be there. Problems with records, prescriptions, even their phones are dead half the time. Lot of turnover, waiting room looks worse than the dmv. I could go on, but you get the idea.

Beren Kiraz Horrendous staff and policies. Hopefully, you will not have to get treatment at this facility. Not worth a single penny. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone at UCI Single Billing Office, Matthew, called me broke because I did not want to pay a bill of $1348.40 for popping a shoulder back in. My insurance already paid $4000+. They want to make a buck off of you. You are nothing but a number to them. They will disrespect you if you do not want to pay. Make them beg for that money. They dont deserve your good side. Respectfully.

Elija slinkard I voluntarily came here because I was having a panic attack. When I asked to leave, they placed me on a 5150 hold without evaluating me at all which is illegal. The entire time I was here, there wasn’t a single therapist or therapy group offered. The “occupational” therapy was literally them letting everyone go outside and do nothing for 30 minutes. No instruction, no guided activities, nothing. The facility was also so disgusting and unclean it made me incredibly nauseous. Do not send your loved ones here if they need help. This place did literally nothing to help but pump people full of medication. Because I’m pregnant they couldn’t give me any meds so I was forced to sit there and do literally nothing all day. Not great for anyone’s mental health at all.

Andres Monjaraz Horrible service, doctor DID NOT even check me. Just asked questions and said he would give me medication. It’s been 3 days, I am still in pain and they have yet to put the request into the pharmacy. Do NOT come to this place.

Libby Dahl I am not a patient of this office, but had an urgent question about a medication and my regular pediatrician was not open. They answered on the weekend and the doctor was able to help me over the phone. Very excellent service!

Travel Tery One of the greatest dr u can have. My grandma has been coming here for the past 40year plus and by far, he has been honest and saved my grandma lots of times. She is in a great shape thx to dr saran. I highly recommend sending your grandparents to him. Thank you for everything Dr Saran

Otto Steinegeweg I fell 30 ft. ,landing on my head and chest, yet no one thought about an xray or MRI of my neck. Even though I complained of tremendous pain in my neck every day and night, it didnt dawn on anyone that maybe something was wrong. I didnt find out about my dislocated neck for 30 days at follow up doctor. He said it was the first time in 30 year career someone came into his office with a dislocated neck, instead of it being taken care of in the emergency room setting. Also, I was given NO sedative when they set my double compound fracture of left leg. I was told its the only way they could do it so "go ahead and scream all you want." I dont know how many commercials I watched on the TV, bragging about what a great Trauma Center I was in. Best in the country.

Paul R From entering into the er to the hospital to discharge everyone was very helpful and clearly explained everything to me as I went through the process, which really made me feel safe and cared for. All the doctors, techs, nurses, house cleaning, food, everyone was super kind and helpful. Thank you so much for taking great care of me big smiles! Oh I forgot to mention everything was nice and clean too.

Ian Anderson This clinic is amazing. One of the best experiences I have had in recent years. The staff is polite, friendly and knowledgeable. We were checked in quickly and did not wait long for our appt. Dr. Kambiz was kind and knowledgeable, as well. Thanks to all.
