Debbie Shears Hi my husband had surgery at your center on Tuesday. My husband and I are both retired registered nurses and were very impressed with the treatment I received. From the first contact with Paul the pre op coordinator, to the front desk receptionist and all the way through to the discharge nurse we give you a 5 star review. My husband felt very comfortable with the anesthesiologist even though he looked to be about 20 years old or is it us just getting older LOL. Of course a 5 star for dr Saleh as usual. Shonta I had a total knee replacement back in March with Dr. Sah. I used to work for Dr. Dearborn and Dr. Sah for years as their surgical coordinator, and with the staff here. There is no better place for joint replacement. You have a large bright private room with a large bathroom with shower. You have a staff who works only with joint replacement patients. You are in a separate building from the hospital so you are with healthy people. Its like a spa in here! And did I say the staff are the kindest most caring people?? People travel from all over the nation for a reason. I loved working with them and now really appreciate the highest level of care they provide for each patient.

Reena Madrigal Dr. Kediyal makes you feel safe AND seen. She addresses your concerns and does not speak down to you. She is an amazing doctor that finds a treatment plan that works FOR YOU. Appointments are never rushed and she is always making sure that your questions and concerns are heard. Best PCP in Fremont!

L Chen Last year, my wife had her annual physical checkup at PAMF with her primary care doctor, gastroenterologist, and OB-GYN. About a year later, she received outstanding bills totaling over $3,000 for these visits. This came as a shock to us, especially since she had been paying high insurance premiums out of pocket while being unemployed. Fortunately, I was able to speak with Cherish from the billing department, who listened to our concerns and immediately looked into the matter. She resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. It was clear to us that she genuinely cares about helping patients. Both my wife and I are deeply grateful for Cherish’s support and the compassion she showed us. Her assistance made a difficult situation much easier to handle, and we truly appreciate her efforts!

Maritza Quintanilla I love Dr Yamini Madhavan! Prior to her becoming my primary care physician, I hadn’t gone to the doctor in like 10 years (just didn’t like going to the doctor in general and am generally healthy). I figured it was time to get to a primary care physician and she has been wonderful! She’s patient, warm, takes time to explain things. Great bedside manner. She and her team are super responsive with prescription refills, blood work results, etc. Great experience overall!

Kate Betcher Everyone here was super nice and kind. The wait was long, not as long as they originally projected, but that made sense to me given it is the middle of cold, flu, and Covid season and a lot of people are sick. While I waited, they let me go grab lunch and come back without losing my place in line. The doctor spent a good amount of time with me checking me out and making sure I understood everything. It’s never fun to go to the urgent care, but this place is clean and has a comfortable waiting area and pleasant staff.

Our close family friend had shared their experience with Windsor country drive care center and that really sold us on bringing her here. From the very beginning, the staff were detail oriented and were very caring and empathetic. They had all shown the same level of care and support we would show our grandmother. At Windsor Country Drive Care Center, they make you feel like family and cared for even through the toughest times. My family and I can’t thank them enough for all that they have done for us!
