Fe Williams Dont let the humble building fool you. 5 star care inside. My 1st time going here and under less than idea circumstances being that I just got out of emergency hospital. The service from the nurses and from the doctor is beyond reproach. The care, professionalism, customer service, knowledge, and comforting Services received here is definitely 10 Stars. Dr Bhandari made me feel comfort, confidence and hope. That together with his expertise , positive energy ( definitely glass is half full person) and my commitment to self that there is nothing we cant find a way through. Bless him and is staff as i was extremely blessed to have found him.

Maritza Quintanilla I love Dr Yamini Madhavan! Prior to her becoming my primary care physician, I hadn’t gone to the doctor in like 10 years (just didn’t like going to the doctor in general and am generally healthy). I figured it was time to get to a primary care physician and she has been wonderful! She’s patient, warm, takes time to explain things. Great bedside manner. She and her team are super responsive with prescription refills, blood work results, etc. Great experience overall!

Jonathan Espinoza This place has the worst service that I have ever experienced in the health care field. Receptionists don’t have a good personality and aren’t welcoming. The people who call you in don’t even introduce themselves, the assistant once I got in the room rushed to get the room ready when I was already in the room. That’s supposed to be done ahead of time. The so called “doctor” was terrible at his job and had missing teeth too. He came in quick didn’t even ask for any prior information on what I had. He just looked at what I had without even touching it. Which in my case you can’t see what I have unless you touch it. He came back and told me what I had supposedly. And all he said was “people get this at age 18-25 years old, but if you want to know more about it just research yourself on your phone.” Like he didn’t even give me a brief description, picture example, or even a printed copy with a short summary of what it is. I would think twice before coming in to this terrible clinic. Wouldn’t recommend one bit. It’s a bit sketch honestly.

Adrian Zhang i was born here some years ago, and it’s been all downhill since. i hear the hospital has suffered a concomitant decline, so i cannot help but feel that it may be to blame. five stars

Kim Rios Doctor has been a blessing to our family.He has helped my Dad immensely with getting his Crohn’s disease into remission. It has been a long journey and we feel my dad is in the best of hands.

Faroza Nabizada My grandmother was on hospice and we had no idea where to even begin to ensure she is as comfortable as possible. Our close family friend had shared their experience with Windsor country drive care center and that really sold us on bringing her here. From the very beginning, the staff were detail oriented and were very caring and empathetic. They had all shown the same level of care and support we would show our grandmother. At Windsor Country Drive Care Center, they make you feel like family and cared for even through the toughest times. My family and I can’t thank them enough for all that they have done for us!

Lily Phan Dr. Agarwal is my moms doctor. He is very caring, accessible, and competent. My mom had undiagnosed sleep apnea with COPD for years. Dr. Agarwal diagnosed her with sleep apnea, and she has significant improved on the CPAP therapy. Her chronic headache, fatigue, and anxiety has lessen. She has more energy, better mood, and better sleeps in years. The doctor is also very accessible.We are able to call in when she has coughing problems and able to see the doctor the same day on multiple occasions. Dr. Agarwal took careful history notes of my moms conditions and progress so and follow up thoroughly. We completely trust his expertise. Highly recommend his care for your family.

Tucker Ravin Although I wish i didnt have to see a doc as much as I have recently, Dr Olivera has been spectacular. The reception greets me by name as I walk in (Ive only been here a few times), never had to wait, and I feel cared about & heard.
