5 /5 Debbie Shears: Hi my husband had surgery at your center on Tuesday. My husband and I are both retired registered nurses and were very impressed with the treatment I received. From the first contact with Paul the pre op coordinator, to the front desk receptionist and all the way through to the discharge nurse we give you a 5 star review. My husband felt very comfortable with the anesthesiologist even though he looked to be about 20 years old or is it us just getting older LOL. Of course a 5 star for dr Saleh as usual. 1 /5 Ra S: AVOID this place if you can. My doctor was really good and did his part well. However this centers service is poor. First, they got my phone number and my emergency contacts phone number mixed up. So they were leaving voicemails asking my husband to come pick me up, on my own phone wich was in a locker in this hospital. Didnt even apoligize for the mix-up. then, the anasthesiologist was horrible. I had swollen lips, throat injury and was caughing up blood for up to a week while my actual procedure was not that bad. Then the next problem came in the form of negligence in their billing department. They kept sending me one bill with links and QR codes to pay at the Washington Hospital instead of their Outpatient Surgery. Also, the billing person Lupe H is so hard to get a hold of. She works only 3 days per weeks and does not respond to voicemails. They then send a letter saying they are transferring my account to collections. I had to write to two different departments and leave multiple emails and voicemails to finally get in touch with Lupe and to pay my own bill. So please avoid this place if you want a better service!

5 /5 Doreen Garner: My experience was the best I ever had. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The team prepared me for the procedures and I felt comfortable and safe . I could not be happier with my results. Dr. Sha and staff are miracle workers.

2 /5 C W: My partner had surgery on his hand here after a complex break. I left briefly to go grab food & when I returned, there was nobody around to let me back in. After about 20 min of ringing doorbells & knocking on windows, I finally got somebodys attention. I came in & sat down to wait, & after about 5-10 min I heard my partner screaming so I went to look for him. A nurse saw me & brought me back. He was having a hard time coming out of the anesthesia & the staff were kinda rough & demanding with him when he couldnt even talk & was just crying. I asked them if this was normal & they said no & I could keep giving him oxygen, which I did, & it seemed to help but then hed go back to crying & saying stuff that nobody could understand. The staff left me alone with him & I kept giving him oxygen & he started making more sense & calmed down, but was in agonizing pain. They gave him IV painkillers & an oxycodone & he went back to sleep. After 10 min, the nurses came in & said we had to leave, but he was still unconscious. They woke him up & he couldnt stand so they put him in a wheelchair & said he could recover more in the other room. When we got there they literally told me to call an Uber b/c they were off work & staying after their shift. I felt like it was very unprofessional, like hes having a reaction to the anesthesia & they just wanted to shove him in an Uber so they could go home. Also I dont know why I was the person administering oxygen during this ordeal, I have no medical training. I was in there kind of laying on top of him so he couldnt hurt himself & giving him oxygen & they left us there then kicked us out.

5 /5 Hoang Nguyen: My son had surgery. The care from all the doctors, nurses and staff was amazing. We were in and out. Follow up was great as well. Next day our nurse, doctor and anesthesiologist called to make sure my son and family were all doing good. Fabulous first time experience.
