Susan Ray VERY Impressed; I had a check engine light come on and Josh was amazing, told me to swing by and we would go from there. He fit me in on a short crew, was kind, courteous and professional. Was able to the issue, and make a few recommendations to watch for. I just found an amazing mechanic. He is booked out, so thats another plus, shows they are trustworthy and liked. Will be back soon for my oil change and car checkup. Thank you J&J Auto and Josh N.

Jeni Harvey Amazing smog shop! Dropped the kids off at fair, did a search for smog places in Placerville and found this gem. Owner is courteous, shop, including bathroom, is clean and well taken care of. So glad I found Smog Ace!

Gary K Great shop! A huge shoutout to the staff, and particularly Christine in the office for making what could have been a discouraging situation enjoyable! The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The repair was done perfectly (and I’m particular) and we were kept informed at every step. I can understand why G and O has a five star rating over a fifty year history. We highly recommend them for auto body repairs!

I came in in hopes to find out if i needed a new alternator or just had a bad battery and they not only found out that it was just a bad battery but also called around and found the cheapest battery so i didnt break the bank. Everyone i talked to at there shop was friendly and exceeded my expectations. The lady Jo in the office is awesome and beyond helpful

austin parsons So rude not only that I brought a car that has dog walk from a rear end collision and a Devin Darby told me the it’s “drivable” I was hit at 45 mph and my airbags failed to deploy not only that he didn’t even want to look under my car worst shop I’ve ever been to I’d rather a homeless person work on my car than them 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

A. Jeffrey DeHart I cannot recall when I first went to Hangtown Foreign Car Service but it was probably 25 years ago. I consider this business to be as good as it gets for car service and I have not gone to anyone else since day one. I have had them work on at least four (4) cars and will entrust them with all my future cars. Everyone who works there is a professional! If you havent discovered them yet, now is the time to do so! I am proud to claim Hangtown Foreign Car Service as the best and I have no reason to even consider other service providers for my foreign cars!!!

Steve dell Wow if only I discovered Toy Tech sooner! I could not be happier with the excellent repairs they made for me on my old Toyota pickup. Ramon and Kyle were very patient with my level of knowledge of mechanics, very informative & down to earth, and it was clear they are honest people that want to help at a very affordable price! After this I wouldnt consider taking my cars anywhere else!

Debbie Schlesinger This is without a doubt the best shop Ive ever been too. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. My daughters car is very old and they take very good care of her. They always make sure she leaves in a safe car. I would highly recommend this shop.
