That was EXACTLY our experience! We had a car that we had to decide if it was worth the repair investment and, working closely with Dave and the team, we determined it wasnt. We didnt feel pressured to do more at all and were so grateful for their expertise and extraordinary customer service!

That was very professional for the both of them . Also think Toby at Sierra Nevada tire and wheel for installing my daughters tire back on her car and getting her back on the road .

Sharkyyy T Im super super grateful for the people at Auto tech. Super friendly and trust worthy people. I came in in hopes to find out if i needed a new alternator or just had a bad battery and they not only found out that it was just a bad battery but also called around and found the cheapest battery so i didnt break the bank. Everyone i talked to at there shop was friendly and exceeded my expectations. The lady Jo in the office is awesome and beyond helpful

Anna S Mike and his crew know vehicles and are trustworthy. They dont upsell, they dont jerk you around. Ive had them work on a few of my vehicles over the decades. I also like that they care about their customers and want them happy with the work. Highly recommended.

Fred Otto We called Joe for help with an electrical problem with my daughters Yukon Denali. He came to her shop within 20 mins and had it running within minutes! He then spent quite a bit of time running diagnostics to make sure there where no other problems before he left.His attention to detail is commendable, fair priced and we will use him again for sure!! You cant go wrong using Joe!

Philip Roberts The guys at Advanced really saved me when my e-brake suddenly would not release and prevented me from driving & continuing on my travels. I called and they were kind enough to answer right away and then allow me to come by immediately and fix the brake issue with my campervan. They were able to get me in and fix it right away. I dont live in the area and was traveling, so this was an incredible stroke of luck to find these nice guys that do great work, and have them fix my issue right away at a totally fair price.

John Bronner Big O Tires in Placerville saved me! I was on my way to Tahoe and blew out a tire on my boat trailer. I pulled off the fwy and didnt even realize there was a Big O Tire off my exit. I went in and explained my delima and that I needed help immediately. They took a look the tire which actually came off the rim! Just a piece of the sidewall was left. They immediately started working on replacing the tire and was able to save the rim which they were able to grind out the damaged areas and install a new tire. I was in and out within an hour. Very reasonable pricing too! Thank you Big O Tires for saving the day and getting me safely back on the road to my vacation in Tahoe? Cheers!
