Fred Otto We called Joe for help with an electrical problem with my daughters Yukon Denali. He came to her shop within 20 mins and had it running within minutes! He then spent quite a bit of time running diagnostics to make sure there where no other problems before he left.His attention to detail is commendable, fair priced and we will use him again for sure!! You cant go wrong using Joe!

Tyler szelenyi Roy, was an outstanding guy, who just fully took the time to understand my situation. He personally painted my hardtop after hearing my situation was a little different than your average fender or bumper. I’m beyond blown away with the service I received and this shop deserves all the business in the world.

Philip Roberts The guys at Advanced really saved me when my e-brake suddenly would not release and prevented me from driving & continuing on my travels. I called and they were kind enough to answer right away and then allow me to come by immediately and fix the brake issue with my campervan. They were able to get me in and fix it right away. I dont live in the area and was traveling, so this was an incredible stroke of luck to find these nice guys that do great work, and have them fix my issue right away at a totally fair price.

That was very professional for the both of them . Also think Toby at Sierra Nevada tire and wheel for installing my daughters tire back on her car and getting her back on the road .

Karen Sanders Crystal and Tylor at Crash Champions RV are the absolute best! Even though my trailer is only 10 yrs old, Forest River no longer makes the replacement part I needed. But Crash Champions RV researched and figured it out and did a great job repairing my trailer. They also worked well with my insurance company. And they helped me out with an unrelated problem on the trailer. Working with them was especially a relief after trying to work with the other nearby company, who after a complete lack of communication ended up refusing to do the job. I will go to Crash Champions RV for all of my trailer needs from here on out! And apparently they do much more than just repair “crash and collision” damage!

Janiene Langford TrueCare Automotive advertises that they will clearly communicate what needs to be done, but wont push you to do more that is necessary for your needs. That was EXACTLY our experience! We had a car that we had to decide if it was worth the repair investment and, working closely with Dave and the team, we determined it wasnt. We didnt feel pressured to do more at all and were so grateful for their expertise and extraordinary customer service!

Crystal Ortega What a great experience…I was visiting Placerville when my low coolant light came on in my Jaguar. This company answered their phone and got me in and my car fixed up within one hour of my phone call….They even checked my tires before they sent me back out on the road. I cannot thank them enough. I made it home safe and sound. 10 out of 10 experience.

Sharkyyy T Im super super grateful for the people at Auto tech. Super friendly and trust worthy people. I came in in hopes to find out if i needed a new alternator or just had a bad battery and they not only found out that it was just a bad battery but also called around and found the cheapest battery so i didnt break the bank.
