Crystal Ortega What a great experience…I was visiting Placerville when my low coolant light came on in my Jaguar. This company answered their phone and got me in and my car fixed up within one hour of my phone call….They even checked my tires before they sent me back out on the road. I cannot thank them enough. I made it home safe and sound. 10 out of 10 experience.

Janiene Langford TrueCare Automotive advertises that they will clearly communicate what needs to be done, but wont push you to do more that is necessary for your needs. That was EXACTLY our experience! We had a car that we had to decide if it was worth the repair investment and, working closely with Dave and the team, we determined it wasnt. We didnt feel pressured to do more at all and were so grateful for their expertise and extraordinary customer service!

Susan Ray VERY Impressed; I had a check engine light come on and Josh was amazing, told me to swing by and we would go from there. He fit me in on a short crew, was kind, courteous and professional. Was able to the issue, and make a few recommendations to watch for. I just found an amazing mechanic. He is booked out, so thats another plus, shows they are trustworthy and liked. Fred Otto We called Joe for help with an electrical problem with my daughters Yukon Denali. He came to her shop within 20 mins and had it running within minutes! He then spent quite a bit of time running diagnostics to make sure there where no other problems before he left.His attention to detail is commendable, fair priced and we will use him again for sure!! You cant go wrong using Joe!

John Bronner Big O Tires in Placerville saved me! I was on my way to Tahoe and blew out a tire on my boat trailer. I pulled off the fwy and didnt even realize there was a Big O Tire off my exit. I went in and explained my delima and that I needed help immediately. They took a look the tire which actually came off the rim! Just a piece of the sidewall was left. They immediately started working on replacing the tire and was able to save the rim which they were able to grind out the damaged areas and install a new tire. I was in and out within an hour. Very reasonable pricing too! Thank you Big O Tires for saving the day and getting me safely back on the road to my vacation in Tahoe? Cheers!

Brenda Hawkins This is the best automotive mechanic I have ever been too! Dustin can figure out most anything! The pricing is good and he is very knowledgeable! I will not be going anywhere else!
