That was EXACTLY our experience! We had a car that we had to decide if it was worth the repair investment and, working closely with Dave and the team, we determined it wasnt. We didnt feel pressured to do more at all and were so grateful for their expertise and extraordinary customer service!

I came in in hopes to find out if i needed a new alternator or just had a bad battery and they not only found out that it was just a bad battery but also called around and found the cheapest battery so i didnt break the bank. Everyone i talked to at there shop was friendly and exceeded my expectations. The lady Jo in the office is awesome and beyond helpful

Ronald Campillo Dave has been working on all my cars for over 20 years. I drive 35 miles to get it done right. Best mechanic I have ever met. He can literally fix anything and quite honestly taught me a lot about cars. A few weeks ago I got lazy and had a plug put in my new tire here in Sac and Dave had to fix the tire correctly after it started leaking. Lesson learned. If you want your car or truck fixed correctly and honestly go to All Auto Repair.

Lena Jones Roger with LSP Auto Repair came out quickly. Same day. His rates are very reasonable. Roger is experienced, efficient & very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem. My check engine light was on. He Found a fuse was blown and Changed the oil. On a return trip. He went out of his way to answer my many questions on not only another vehicle he was replacing rotors and brakes on, but on other vehicles that needed repairs. Which he also helped me correct. Highly recommended!!!

Fred Otto We called Joe for help with an electrical problem with my daughters Yukon Denali. He came to her shop within 20 mins and had it running within minutes! He then spent quite a bit of time running diagnostics to make sure there where no other problems before he left.His attention to detail is commendable, fair priced and we will use him again for sure!! You cant go wrong using Joe!

John Bronner Big O Tires in Placerville saved me! I was on my way to Tahoe and blew out a tire on my boat trailer. I pulled off the fwy and didnt even realize there was a Big O Tire off my exit. I went in and explained my delima and that I needed help immediately. They took a look the tire which actually came off the rim! Just a piece of the sidewall was left. They immediately started working on replacing the tire and was able to save the rim which they were able to grind out the damaged areas and install a new tire. I was in and out within an hour. Very reasonable pricing too! Thank you Big O Tires for saving the day and getting me safely back on the road to my vacation in Tahoe? Cheers!
