Chris Jenks Ive been with this shop, and Al Prince, since they were Honest Engine of Midtown, Sacramento. I respect their competence and integrity, and feel respected in return as they patiently satisfy my questions. I wouldnt risk going to another shop unless forced to because finding out if a business is reputable is hazardous and hard work.

Update on my original review Rick is awesome drop my car off for some minor work and instead of calling a Uber Rick offered to give me and my wife a ride to where we needed to go great customer service. River City Nat After bad experiences with mechanics, I finally found great ones. Unfortunately, I don’t know a lot about cars and as a woman, it’s especially disadvantageous when it comes to automotive care and support. Thankfully, the Auto Experts are not demeaning or condescending and they are very transparent in terms of what your car needs. Of course, nowadays, everything is expensive and inflation is out of control. Their prices are very reasonable especially when I’ve compared them to other mechanics or the dealership. They do very thorough diagnostics and inspections and don’t pressure you into anything. They do great work, plain and simple. I appreciate Joe and Gil for being patient and understanding, as all of us should be nowadays. I am just grateful I found a place I know I can rely on. It’s important to feel safe on the road and feel safe with people. They provide that safety.

Joi Johnson They were fast, efficient and very polite. I went in for a battery change and was out in 30 minutes or less. The waiting room is very clean welcoming. There are books, snacks, and coloring books to keep people and their kids occupied while waiting on their repairs to be done. It’s close to my house so I’ll be back for anything else I need !

uhhlexxxis Two friends of mine recommended Henrys for auto repair. They related they were happy with their work and would go back if they had any additional trouble with their vehicles. I checked out their reviews like anyone else would and was immediately impressed. I came in and spoke with Emily. We set up a diagnosis and then determined when my vehicle would be serviced. They eventually pulled the motor, explained everything that was wrong, and even diagnosed additional things that could use replacement while the motor was out. I am so happy with the results that I can confidently say Henrys Auto should be your go to place for auto repair. I was able to visit the shop while my vehicle was worked on. The mechanics were incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I intend to return for my regular maintenance in the future and for any additional repair my car may need down the road. Aubrey Finney I cannot say enough good things about Mike & Sons. After getting a quote from another shop over $10k to have my suspension parts replaced, I decided to call around. Manny at Mike & Sons was able to give me a very reasonable quote at around $5,500, and all work was completed in two days for that price. No surprises, no last-minute "emergencies".
