Joannie Y. Their entire process is honestly the best I have ever experienced when it comes to auto repair. From scheduling online, price estimate, diagnostic reports, etc. The communication throughout the day with texts and emails was amazing!! We were updated on when they began work on the car, which areas were urgent, needed attention and were in good working order. I appreciated the transparency. We brought three cars into Stress Free Auto within a period of a month. From regular maintenance, tire sensor light fix to battery replacement. We had a car that was no longer working and originally brought it to another auto shop. After not being satisfied with that quote, we brought it to Stress Free Auto. Stress Free Auto far exceeded our expectations in terms of service and price. Naomi was a rock star! This will now be our go to auto repair shop. Our only regret is that we didnt find them earlier. Thank you Stress Free Auto for living up to your name!

Chris Jenks Ive been with this shop, and Al Prince, since they were Honest Engine of Midtown, Sacramento. I respect their competence and integrity, and feel respected in return as they patiently satisfy my questions. I wouldnt risk going to another shop unless forced to because finding out if a business is reputable is hazardous and hard work.

Juan Moreno Very nice and straightforward people. They took the time to explain to me why they were recommending the repair. They also inspected my vehicle and sent me a complimentary electronic inspection. Very communicative and they do text as well! The facilities are kept clean and organized compared to most shops. Would recommend to anyone looking for a easy going, honest and efficient car repair shop.

Joe Song Ron at A-1 auto repair is awesome. Hes very knowledgeable and knew what was wrong with my dads old Ford truck within a few minutes. He gave me an honest price and realistic timeline for repair. Thanks Ron.
