Cheng Vang I was recommended by a friend to come here. I did not regret it at all. My issue was diagnose within the day and was given a few options to remedy the problem. Told them, hey take your time, no rush. They completed their task and resolved my issue within the the time they gave me. So far, no issue and car running like normal now. The work and parts came with a warranty too. Awesome job! I highly recommend this place.

River City Nat After bad experiences with mechanics, I finally found great ones. Unfortunately, I don’t know a lot about cars and as a woman, it’s especially disadvantageous when it comes to automotive care and support. Thankfully, the Auto Experts are not demeaning or condescending and they are very transparent in terms of what your car needs. Of course, nowadays, everything is expensive and inflation is out of control. Their prices are very reasonable especially when I’ve compared them to other mechanics or the dealership. They do very thorough diagnostics and inspections and don’t pressure you into anything. They do great work, plain and simple. I appreciate Joe and Gil for being patient and understanding, as all of us should be nowadays. I am just grateful I found a place I know I can rely on. It’s important to feel safe on the road and feel safe with people. They provide that safety.

G D He fixt my car. I took it to Firestone on Stockton and they didnt fixt it. I took back several times and they never fixt it right. Although it wasnt cheap ,but not as expensive as Firestone, Pepe Fixt it and now my car runs like new. Thank you

Alfredo always gives an honest diagnosis and try’s to give the best price possible. All the Guys are friendly and helpful. Tiner Properties Polar bear got me in the day after I called and finished a substantial job in two days - as promised. Everything was done on time with clear communication about the need of repairs and costs. Friendly people at the front counter and skilled people doing the repairs. Highly recommended.

Jonathan Hines These guys are amazing. I mean, I wouldn’t be surprised if they could do a perfect engine swap in 30 minutes. That’s how good they are. Ray, the owner there, from Yugoslatvia? Ed Barnes I want to thank Hans and Alex who took hands on from the beginning to the end with our Jaguar. Hans and his team of mechanics at British Car Service is honest and to the point of what is needed to correct the issues on our Jaguar F-Type convertible WITHOUT the sales pitch. After coming home from work one evening I had a really strong gas smell coming from the front engine. Called British Car Service the next morning and spoke with Hans and explained to him of the issue and made an appointment to have our vehicle to get towed in. Day of the drop off of our vehicle I also requested I may need a rear differential oil change and Hans said it was not needed since its only needed after 150K miles (we only had 70K miles on our car). Hans called me the next day of their findings of the gas smell. It was the rear bank 1 fuel feed line that Stewarts Automotive in Sacramento that damaged installing the new fuel pump and injectors (cost me $3000 for this job with Stewarts Automotive). I used to be a long time client of 18 years of Stewarts Automotive but NEVER again cause of all the issues they have caused with my vehicle. It was one thing after another and I questioned their work which now confirms my concerns. The day can came when Alex calls me that my car is ready for pick up. Came in and he showed me the damaged parts. Our car runs like a champ again. I cannot say enough of how thankful my wife and I are that we finally found a British auto mechanic that is to the point and honest of what needs repairs and what does not. Thank you again.

Richard Retherford This place is great. Took my car in with transmission issues and they were able to take care of it. The tech was able to walk me through the whole process and lay out the options in a very easy to understand way. Also they gave me a rose and some candy as a nice surprise when I picked up my car.
