5 /5 Nicole Razon: Great urgent care experience. I booked an appointment for my mom, and she was called back right after we checked in at the front desk. The location is convenient for us. The staff were professional and kind, and the clinic itself is modern and clean. The whole process was really fast. My mom’s medical concern was minor, so it was a simple check and a prescription for an antibiotic. It was definitely faster than our experiences at the Minute Clinic and other urgent care clinics in the area, and I’m sure having an appointment helped. The wait time can be long without an appointment, which is pretty standard for urgent care, so I’d recommend booking ahead if you don’t want to wait for hours. Overall, it was an easy, professional, and great experience. Would highly recommend!

5 /5 Glenn Carvin: Pleasant and quick reception/check-in. Clean and modern office. I was a walk-in, no appointment, but it was a bit of a slow day so I only had to wait about 10 minutes. PA Nick escorted me to the exam room, listened to my reason for being there and asked questions to be sure he understood. He quickly did the necessary tests and explained his diagnosis. He ordered medication from my pharmacy. I was in and out of the office in less than half an hour. This was my second visit to this office in the past six months. Both times- great service!

4 /5 Lyse Perez: Once you get past checking in with the receptionist, everything is wonderful. I’ve interacted with various nurses and doctors here and they are kind and knowledgeable and it’s not a long wait. If it weren’t for the very rude receptionist, I’d easily give them the full 5 stars.

5 /5 Jill Pittman: I had a medical emergency today and stopped in to be seen. The staff greeted me and had me in to see the doctor very fast. The doctor found my issue and I was in and out in time for me to get to my appointment on time. They were all very helpful and concerned. I will definitely go back again if needed!

5 /5 Orlando Torres: Great experience. Quick and easy from the reception to the consultation with the doctor. Less than an hour from the time of my scheduled appointment, which I was able to schedule the sane day. Also, the doctor’s recommendation seemed accurate. So, I did’t feel like the quality was secondary to the speed of the service. Plan to use this place again for regular urgent care. However, this is not a hospital. They can just take care of cases that do not require treatment at a hospital.
