Nicole Razon Great urgent care experience. I booked an appointment for my mom, and she was called back right after we checked in at the front desk. The location is convenient for us. The staff were professional and kind, and the clinic itself is modern and clean.
The whole process was really fast. My mom’s medical concern was minor, so it was a simple check and a prescription for an antibiotic. It was definitely faster than our experiences at the Minute Clinic and other urgent care clinics in the area, and I’m sure having an appointment helped.
The wait time can be long without an appointment, which is pretty standard for urgent care, so I’d recommend booking ahead if you don’t want to wait for hours.
Overall, it was an easy, professional, and great experience. Would highly recommend!
