1 /5 M J: I went to her a few times because I wanted to give her a fair review. She did absolutely nothing to help me. I wont waste my time going to see her again. Changing primary fast.

1 /5 Ola Atia: I had a number of negative experiences with Rancho Family at Temecula and Dr. Rahman. I was referred to physical therapy by Dr. Roberts for a rotator cough and after three sessions my shoulder was worse. I sent a message to Dr. Rahman to ask her if I needed an MRI as I’m worried about my shoulder. I received a reply that I have to continue on PT till my physical appointment with her or go to urgent care if the pain is intolerable. During my physical, the doctor came in for 5 min after a 30 min stay with her physician assistant. Once she saw me she said I needed an MRI immediately. She ordered an MRI and I took an appointment that the imaging center cancelled on the same day because the insurance required to pay for it since Dr. Rahman did not write enough justification for the case why I need an MRI and said that the doctor should call the insurance to do a peer to peer. I called the clinic asking for this peer to peer then I received a message from them that Dr. Rahman was on vacation for 10 days and when she comes back they will check if she will agree to do this peer to peer. Unfortunately the imaging center contacted me for insurance approval 7 weeks later. During the physical She also looked at my labs without reading my history telling me I’m prediabetic despite giving them my history that I’ve been diabetic for 10 years. The final problem with this place and Dr. Rahman is that I was running out of a blood sugar medication and the doctor was not able to do a preauthorization because she was not in network with my new insurance and I wasn’t able to book an early appointment with a new PCP so they offered to gave me free medical samples till I meet my new PCP and assured me they will call before the wnd of the day simce I only have a 5 day supply but they didn’t bother to call. I’m glad I no longer have to deal with Rancho Family Medical in Temecula or Dr. Rahman.

5 /5 KT: As a new patient, I was very impressed with Dr. Rahman. She was very thorough & listened intently to my concerns & conditions. She did not hesitate to get labs & imaging ordered for me to get a full look of my current health. I am very happy with the care I received from her.
