Melanie Lui Received good care the ER at Temecula Valley Hospital while on a trip to CA from Hawaii. However, the billing (Laperouse) for the the ER doctor sucks! They sent me a bill for the full amount. When I called they said they did not have my health insurance info (dual coverage). I gave them the info. A month later they send me a "Final Notice" bill for the full amount. Fortunately, I called my insurance carrier and they said a claim was in process. When I called Laperouse, the guy said to just disregard the bill. Hoping that the claim goes through soon and that I dont hear again from the billing company!

Samantha Hunt Today was our first visit, took my 18 month old in for her check up. Front office was welcoming, kind, and professional when we checked in. Didnt wait long. Doctor Winter was awesome! Very nice and good with my kids. I also had my 3 year old with me and Doctor Winter involved him too. You can tell he actually cares about your child, he made the visit fun for my kids and he was very professional. Arrived at 9:30 am and was out by 10:30 am. Id definitely recommend this office and Doctor Winter. Thank you!!

Rebecca Lozeau The best "base pharmacy" there is. SO much better than the actual pharmacy in the hospital on base. Same great benefits, much nicer staff, 1/10th (or less) wait times.

S T Every time I visit the office staff is very polite and so courteous to me. Its the one Drs office I dont mind visiting. The wait time is below average which is great, they do their best to accommodate everyone in a timely fashion. Dr. Basch himself takes the time to actually find out what is wrong and he cares and asks appropriate questions. He is a definitely a rare find.

I’ve seen a handful of cardiologist in the Temecula Valley over the 18 years I’ve lived here and after one appointment I think he is a keeper.

Rachel G This doctor is very thorough and patient with patients. She doesn’t rush the appointment or dismiss your concerns, as some doctors do. She listens, understands, and communicates well. All my concerns were addressed. Everyone at the office (doctor, specialist, assistant, check-in office staff) were very kind and professional.
