Nicole Razon Great urgent care experience. I booked an appointment for my mom, and she was called back right after we checked in at the front desk. The location is convenient for us. The staff were professional and kind, and the clinic itself is modern and clean. The whole process was really fast. My mom’s medical concern was minor, so it was a simple check and a prescription for an antibiotic. It was definitely faster than our experiences at the Minute Clinic and other urgent care clinics in the area, and I’m sure having an appointment helped. The wait time can be long without an appointment, which is pretty standard for urgent care, so I’d recommend booking ahead if you don’t want to wait for hours. Overall, it was an easy, professional, and great experience. Would highly recommend!

L I went in to see Dr Satinder Mann for a nerve conduction test. She was absolutely wonderful and kept me feeling comfortable through out the whole test. This isnt a pain free type thing either. Super grateful that I was able to see her because this was the best experience Ive had with a doctor throughout my health troubles. She was very knowledgeable, explained every step of the way and was able to give me great advice. I wish she could be my doctor permenantly.

Celina S Yesterday my 14-year-old daughter needed to be seen because her recent Helix ear piercing became infected so much so that we could not remove it ourselves, because it was so swollen and painful. We were able to walk in register and be seen within the hour, and the doctor was so sweet, gentle and kind in the situation and was able to numb her ear locally and remove the piercings for us. He also prescribed an antibiotic so that we can make sure that the infection goes away. I was so absolutely grateful that they were able to get us in and give her some relief very quickly. I highly recommend this urgent care.

Lisa Pawlik Dr. Brewer was wonderful! She took the time to listen to my issues and addressed them immediately. Shewas very caring and i felt heard. I highly recommend her.

Melissa Lupercio Doctor Christine Padilla has been great I feel she really addresses my concerns and gets the ball rolling on any referrals needed. I’ve only had positive experiences with every doctor NP, PA as well as assistants and front office. The way the staff works together makes the flow move quickly. I’ve never had to wait always in and out.

Mark Miller The receptionist Jannette (I dont know if I spelled it right), is so helpful and informational. Shes super sweet and really puts her care towards patients. Megan is also super kind and really puts patients first. I had to call to switch up referrals and without denying me like multiple other clinics when I had discrepancies, she did it immediately over the phone. Dr. Robert Mcdonald is an amazing doctor. Super comedic, knows how to make patients comfortable. He is super informative and really puts the care needed to his patients. Im thankful for this clinic, its really assisted me in my treatment.

John Cusack Doctor Collins has the worst office staff I have encountered since moving to Temecula 7 years ago. Rude, total woke attitude, that is not acceptable. One examlpe, they are still using their old address on Single Oak instead of Technology Drive for this Google entry, even after being in new location for over a month. Doctor Collins your staff is giving you low marks. Clean house!!!
