Michael Montoya Came here today for my dads wound care appointment. The Nurse (Tim) was the one to help us out. Even provided us a bed to take care of a personal unrelated medical matter that required some privacy. They were extra accommodating to our needs on top of our regular appointment provisions. Things were neat and organized. Staff were on point & went above and beyond. Patient care was satisfactory. Facilities were clean. Definitely a 5-star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Kaiser Permanente! C1x Foreyah This was my first time here and there was absolutely no wait, super easy check in, extremely friendly receptionist. I went in to get an assessment of a sore throat and told him my symptoms and after he checked me out, he asked me several questions and I answered them with complete honesty, which everyone should if they want to know an accurate diagnosis. He knew right off the bat that it was laryngitis and right away sent a prescription to my pharmacy. He asked a few more questions and I was on my way. This doctor is so nice, super friendly but completely professional. He made me feel comfortable. If you need a super friendly, very knowledgeable, and the best primary doctor in orange county, this is the doctor to sign up with. If you have a current primary doctor that you dont like or are not comfortable with, make that phone call to your health insurance and see if you can switch to this amazing primary doctor! Great experience!

Beren Kiraz Horrendous staff and policies. Hopefully, you will not have to get treatment at this facility. Not worth a single penny. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone at UCI Single Billing Office, Matthew, called me broke because I did not want to pay a bill of $1348.40 for popping a shoulder back in. My insurance already paid $4000+. They want to make a buck off of you. You are nothing but a number to them. They will disrespect you if you do not want to pay. Make them beg for that money. They dont deserve your good side. Respectfully.

Cherie Tuua-Pua my family has been going to Dr. Morinishi since 1991 and we love that he takes the time to explain everything and go over everything.

Kit Tran Its been weeks and still cant get a proper prescription or referral. This place is so going downhill with their new NP. Not impressed. When you sign up for the Dr., you dont actually get the doctor, you get the NP. And their skillset is suspect.

Aimee Rodriguez I dont have anything good to say about the emergency room staff I had the worst experience in the ER the front desk is rude a lady in specific I didnt get her name we would ask her a question and she would continue to talk to her co-worker until it irritated her to answer the question. Im pregnant and the restroom was in use when I asked if I can use a different one the way she let other people use on the floor but she insisted for me to wait. She didnt care about treating anyone with good service and the nurses dont allow you to go back with your loved one not even your spouse.

Spezialkrafte 03 Ive visited this hospital several times to see my friends who became patients. Observing the staff that they have, very professional, hard working and seems going beyond at all times. A number of them have displayed great interaction with patients and families. You seldom get this now, person to person treatment. I just hope that the Providence group take care of their employees. At the end of the day, you need great people to run a tight ship!

vondetour Mohammad H. Faysal M.D. has to be the worse doctor in California, half the time when I call I rear the no one is available to take your call. The when I can get someone I get an appointment for 2-3 weeks away.
