Nicole Giles I had been dealing with intense gallbladder pain for almost a year. I had seen many doctors and none of them seemed concerned with the attacks I had been having almost weekly. I ended up in the ER and Dr. Batra was the only doctor that believed me and agreed that my gallbladder needed to be removed. He performed my cholecystectomy and I have felt amazing ever since. I am very grateful to him and the staff that helped me though this.

He really cares about his patients beyond what most doctors are willing to do for their patients whether it is a long personal visit to make sure every question I had is addressed or urgent appointments for my parents who are senior medicare patients, Dr. Singh goes above and beyond to make himself available.

Heidi Yrigoyen Always quick efficient and clean seriously the only urgent care Ill go to. Always super helpful friendly and knowledgeable, I dont like any other urgent care as much as this one in orange county. Never a long wait either!

Andres Monjaraz Horrible service, doctor DID NOT even check me. Just asked questions and said he would give me medication. It’s been 3 days, I am still in pain and they have yet to put the request into the pharmacy. Do NOT come to this place.

Toni Spencer I have been taking a family member to appointments with Dr. Santos for the last 4 years. He has a very warm bedside manner, is very responsive in times of urgency & his staff is very efficient in helping us understand our insurance. Anytime we need a question about meds answered, they always answer promptly.

Siloam Won My dad stayed at this facility for 4 days to treat fractured femoral neck. Every staff member was doing their best to provide necessary treatment, fulfill his needs, and transfer him to a nursing facility after the discharge. Also, they have been very helpful, answered all questions, and followed up on requests whenever I reached out. My dad mentioned that he did not want to leave because he was so satisfied with the service every step of the way. Thank you West Anaheim Medical Center and all staffs who took care of my dad. Our family could not have asked for more and grateful for your exceptional care.

Dena Griffin Both of my parents were frequent patients in the late 80s, early 90s. Dad died there in 1991. We bought plaques. The entire staff couldnt have been kinder or more efficient. The compassion we received was priceless. I realize this is too little and far too late after all the sales of this building, but at the least, it is my sincere offering to its gracious past of caring for the community. Kit Tran Its been weeks and still cant get a proper prescription or referral. This place is so going downhill with their new NP. Not impressed. When you sign up for the Dr., you dont actually get the doctor, you get the NP. And their skillset is suspect.
