1 /5 Matt Delgado: Had an appointment at 4:30 and he didn’t bother waiting for me now I have to wait 6 days to schedule another appointment just great .

1 /5 Dianna Rebollar: Dr. Morinishi is an amazing physician who spends his time reviewing your chart and your medical history and he makes sure to answer any questions you may have. You never feel rushed with him. The reason for the 1 star is for the front desk medical assistant who is extremely rude. I have been with Moronishi for 20+ years and because of her, I am willing to leave his service. This MA is a female, caucasian, with pimples on her face. She makes sure to ignore you and is on her phone while youre standing in front of her trying to get her attention. She messes up the appointments and schedules you for the P.A. instead of the PCP ,and when you ask about it, she gives you a dirty look and is very rude about it. My family has been having issues with her as well. My mother tried to make an appointment with Morinishi and she asked for a Spanish speaking person to assist her and the MA hung up on her. My mom called a few more times and she would answer and hang up on her again. This happened for 4 days straight until I called and was able to make the appointment for her IN ENGLISH. If you want a great PCP, Moronishi is an outstanding physician. .. but keep in mind that you will be mistreated by a racist, rude, unhappy service representative. It is unfortunate that because of her, my whole family and I are willing to change our PCP of 20+ years. And if you ask why I would rather leave.... she has been working with Morinishi for about 10 years already. We have complained, and nothing was done about it.

2 /5 Daryl Isobe: Dr. Morinishi is one of the best doctors Ive had, but his office personnel are clueless, especially when it comes to patients who are covered under TRICARE. We recently received an email from TRICARE stating that our Primary Care Manager (PCM) has been switched from Dr. Morinishi to Dr. Yoshikawa. When I contacted TRICARE, they informed me, most likely Dr. Morinishis contract with them had expired. So, I called Dr. Morinishis office and the person I talked to repeatedly told me that I had to call my provider after I told her what had previously transpired. She didnt even bother to check if Dr. Morinishis contract was current. Ive had this problem before, but last time I informed Dr. Morinishi during an appointment regarding the problem. He took care of the problem, unlike the unprofessional office worker.
