Not only did they explain everything clearly, but they also had the part ordered and installed faster than I expected. Marko informed me of the price to diagnose before bringing my car in and was able to find the problem within the hour. He was great at communicating the diagnose and went over the cost before giving me the opportunity to choose them or go elsewhere. I allowed them to fix my car and was able to bring it back home the very next day. Amazing customer service. 5 /5 ilijah hill: Marco was super helpful throughout the whole process! He even dropped me off at my nearby house before working on my vehicle (pickup was offered too!). My girlfriend and I have been taking our vehicles here for about 6 years now, and that’s because it’s a place where we can drop off our vehicle and not worry about being screwed over … & they always get the job done right! Highly recommend if you need a trustworthy and reliable place for your vehicle!

1 /5 Stephen Mavlyudov: =BUYER BEWARE= I feel like I got totally scammed. I have a 2015 Kia Optima with 76,000 miles. I did the oil changes every 4,000 miles using synthetic oil. I brought my vehicle in to get a simple coolant flush done and nothing else. They returned my vehicle with a flashing check engine light on (severe damages when flashing) and were stating that the check engine light was already on when I brought it in — which it was not. I tried to turn on my car this morning and I come to find out that my motor is now seized and will require a engine replacement which will cost thousands and the business owner refuses to do anything about it. I brought my truck in this past year as well for a wheel bearing replacement, that is also now damaged as well as it is making severe sounds every time I drive.
