Stevi LeBar I cant say enough about the awesome customer service provided by this company, it was very refreshing. From the inquiry phone call to the smog technician ,the staff were really good listeners and explained clearly . The location was easy to find and away from busy city traffic making it convenient . The office, shop and grounds were clean and organized. Would highly recommend this company.

Aaron Amaral EXCELLENT REPAIR SHOP!!! I have 4 cars and have had the following repairs done: gas pump install, head gasket replacement, suspension parts replaced on a 4x4 and a Cadillac, dash control pannels replaced, transmissions flushed, driveline work on a 4x4, cooling system repairs including radiators, thermostats, and hoses, brakes jobs, harmonic balancer replacement, starter install, interior pannel replacement, shocks, window motor, diffirential fluid changes, wheel bearings, and more Ive thrown some confounding problems at this shop such as electrical issues where other mechanics will give up, Jim at Van Ness gets to the bottom of whats going on. He takes the time to explain whats wrong and will show you the issue. His prices are very fair and Ive never had to take a repair back to be redone. I cant say enough good about this shop. Had another shop pay him to fix their mistakes..... thats how i found Van Ness Auto. The mechanics really know what theyre talking about and eventhough they are always busy, theyll make the effort to help every customer. I had 4 vehicles that all had problems..... now I have 4 cars I wouldnt hesitate to drive to New York and back. Also see a lot of people who take their classic cars to this shop. Finding techs who know how to work on classics is getting harder and harder now days. I cant say enough good things about this place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Roger Baird I would recommend Darrel and The Small Car Shop to everyone. I have taken both of my cars here for 4 years. The Small Car Shop can always be trusted and you can be confident that their work is done correctly. They do the work you need, will recommend what needs to be done in the future, their pricing is less than a dealership, and done better.

Edwin Whittinghill I have used Snapp’s Auto Center for all my auto repair work. They are more reasonable than the dealership and I have been very pleased with the quality of their service. Rex Burkett Passing through town, I got an engine light and asked a local who he trusted. The folks got me right in and gave me an honest, no pun, look. Said it had an issue, but I could continue my trip. No one tried to upsell me or gouge. Pretty good for this day and age.

Ever since, I have done just that for service, repair, and vehicle guidance. At Als, they really care about every customer who walks through the door, no matter what the problem being brought to them. Barrera Guadalupe (Hugehefner71) They changed my timing belt, put a new main rear seal and they did it fast and efficiently. They even cleaned up my motor Im very satisfied with their work. I totally recommend if you are looking for an honest, reasonably priced mechanic shop go to them.

Shahid Aziz Ok So who does that. I had an appointment, took it told Chris what happened to my car. I live in my car. I saved the money bought the car and the dealer scammed me so theres little problems with my Subaru, Chris was nice enough to let one of his co-worker, which, who was also a very nice guy from Long Beach. He gave me a ride. they normally dont do that but I told him its super close so they gave me a ride. Chris calls me Within couple of hours that theres an issue, hes not sure about the sorce of the problem.he recommend to take it to the dealer, and he says hes not going to charge me. My question is, who does that such a great human being i am so grateful. Thank you, Chris. Really appreciate it in the future. I will recommend you to other people. And I will bring my car to you if I need my car to be fixed but that was an amazing experience, highly highly highly recommended. Great people, very professional, very courteous. Thank you, sir.
