5 /5 Ryan Chittasy: Came here for the first time for an oil change and I was pretty surprised with how comprehensive their process was. I’ve been to a lot of shops and Stress Free Auto Care has been by far one of my better experiences. They were pretty slammed but the general manager, Eric, took care of me since it was the best day for me to come in - which I really appreciated. Along with the oil change they gave my care a general inspection that came with pictures, something that I’ve never really experienced with other shops, but it made the process really smooth and transparent. No blind repairs being advised, everything came with a severity level ranging from green, yellow, to red. These guys really took care of me and my car. Eric was a huge help and very personable, I could tell he was looking out for the longevity of my car when I spoke to him. I would recommend this place for anyone interested in finding a new shop that provides transparency in their pricing and process. Overall great experience.

The waiting area was clean and comfortable, stocked with coffee, snacks, and free Wi-Fi--perfect for passing the time while my car was being serviced. They provided a detailed diagnostic report with photos, which made it easy to understand what needed attention. I appreciated their transparency and the way they explained which repairs were urgent and which could wait. No pressure, just honest advice. The technicians are clearly skilled. Its rare to find a shop that combines top-notch technical work with such thoughtful customer care. They also gave me the discount. Took it right to Stress free auto It was a catalytic temperature sensor had gone out so decided to replace all 4 They were able to get me a loaner car Then I decided to replace glow plugs, oil pan , transmission pan, front rocker arms front end alignment and misc other things ERIC AND STEVE have taken care of my truck and handled everything in a professional manner. They keep me informed on the progress and I feel my vehicle is in great hands I would highly recommend this place for your auto needs Extremely happy with their services
