1 /5 Howard Greenspan: Aero Auto: A Longtime Customer’s Disappointment
After years of trusting Aero Auto with my vehicle, I was shocked at the poor service I recently received. Following a service, I asked them to check my camera, which had been working but needed attention. Instead of assisting me, the staff dismissed my request and told me to wait for 45 minutes while they worked on other cars.
When I returned after the wait, I continued to be ignored. As a loyal customer, I expected better. The situation escalated when a man—apparently the family owner—aggressively yelled at me rather than addressing my concern. His behavior he is the bearded one in the picture! was not only unprofessional but outright hostile. It is all great until their is the slightest problem then you will be brutally pushed out of the FAMILY business. Which really just means you have no way to solve your problems as their is no corporate to complain to you can only sue.
Aero Auto used to be a place I could rely on, but after this experience, I can no longer recommend them. If you value customer service, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
