5 /5 Gavin Sonne: I had battery trouble the day I moved to Sacramento. Josh was able to come by the morning after I called and tighten some loose connections to my new car battery at a minimal price. He also went out of his way to go grab me some motor oil because my oil tank was empty. Ill definitely call him again with any car trouble I have. A++ great service!

5 /5 xXIYANGXx: Thank you, Josh for fixing my car as soon as possible. He was the only mechanic that I was able to get a hold of on Easter Sunday. The fix was super fast and the communication was awesome! Kept me updated on everything, was able to come out immediately the following day to my location instead of having to get my car towed to a shop. Super convenient and I definitely would recommend A-1 for any body who needs a fix right at their home.

5 /5 Corrinne: My car died on me this Sunday afternoon after running some errands and I had no idea what to do. A friend mentioned using a mobile mechanic before, so I Google searched and thankfully ended up calling A1 over the other competition. Josh answered my call, assured he would come take a look after getting some basic info and he was an absolute delight. Such a nice, genuine man who wanted to help get me back on the road. At first it seemed that I needed a jump to get back on the road, but he assured me that if it happened again he would come out and replace my battery. Lo and behold, it happened to me again at the grocery store. I called Josh right away and he was so willing to help get my battery changed out and this was at peak 3-4 afternoon time on a Sunday. He had great communication as he was traveling, was up front about costs and you can tell he is THE car man. He made the experience so comfortable and kept my stress at bay by making friendly conversation, walking me through what he was doing, and even sharing his knowledge with me on other car related fixes that were beneficial to me. There was never pressure to add any additional services, but he did advise me on some things he noticed. I feel that he is someone I would 100% trust to care for my car in the future. I thank you so very much for spending a big chunk of your Sunday helping me out of my mini nightmare. Your kindness and genuine personality meant so much. 1 /5 Amanda: I would give 5 stars but after my radiator was replaced my check engine light came on. I called to see if they could come check it. 9ver a month now no call back. Come to find out the new radiator was not new. Another mechanic checked it out. Its not a new radiator. I paid for 3 hours labor it didnt take 3 hours and didnt receive money back. All that was replaced was the coolant tank and hose re attached. I paid $593 plus 160 for his initial diagnosis that he spent 20 mins to diagnose and said rest of that 160 would go towards repairs.
