They have done everything from Oil Changes to Brake jobs (which they did today on my Silverado), and the quality of the work has always been first rate. Hardeep and Chris do a great job of keeping me informed on the progress of the work, and they get the job done on time. I would highly recommend SK to anyone needing service work on their car or truck..

5 /5 Punjabi: Never go there. I took my car there for oil change and they damaged oil pan drain plug. They gave me an estimate around $700 to replace oil pan. There mechanic are on meth and they don’t pay attention when they change oil. They put drain plug incorrectly and damaged oil pan threads. But I bought my own Oil Pan and they replaced it, still leaking oil. Mechanic are acting they are very professional but to me they are on meth.

5 /5 Jenifer: SK Auto in Natomas, has been my regular go-to mechanic for approx. 4 yrs. They are the Best! Here is a recent example : My 2010 Jeep went dead after the charging system signal appeared. I had it towed to their shop. diagnosis was alternator and battery. Replaced them both. Picked up the Jeep and drove it the next morning when the same issue occurred. Had it towed back to the mechanics shop. New diagnosis, needed computer replacement, as this one was knocking out the alternator/causing battery overcharge (my understanding-hope I got this right...ha-ha). They explained they could order/install another PCM, then have a mobile unit come out and program it or take it to a dealership. My choice. I was hesitate to take it to a Dealer after reading all the negative Jeep dealer reviews. I took my chances with SKs recommendation to take it to a Dealer where it would be warranted and further diagnosis if necessary. Thanks SK Team for always looking out for your customers and their best solutions even if it means the job going somewhere else.
