The atmosphere is beautifully relaxing, and they go above and beyond with little touches great customer service, which make it feel like a true spa experience (: The staff here are phenomenal! They’re not only talented and detail-oriented but also friendly and attentive, always making sure I’m comfortable and enjoying my time. The pedicures are amazing! Today I got a gel pedicure and I was very happy the nail technicians are very meticulous and always take their time to ensure my nails look perfect and my feet always feel soft and refreshed afterwards. Between the fantastic service, the relaxing ambiance, and the extra perks like champagne, this salon has truly become my go-to spot. If you’re looking for a nail salon that makes you feel like royalty, this is the place. I couldn’t recommend this place to friends and family enough!!

Destiny Giles I came for peace and to relax. I actually liked the place a lot the first time coming around. I had no complaints, nails were great service was fantastic. They have great nail and pedicure techs. Of course though my legs were hairy and almost EVERY technician came by my booth to laugh with Mimi and speak their language about my legs. It was clear as day. They looked at my legs and would laugh and speak their language. One woman made it the most obvious she wasn’t even my nail or pedi tech but she came up to mimi stood there looked at my legs and then sat down for a break. It was sooo bad I had to take a picture of the other woman. Now I won’t say they don’t do good nails they do but if your having a bad day and you just wanna enjoy your spa time DONT COME HERE. Dr. George E. Vasquez Jr. 09/12/2024 Update - I had my first manicure/pedicure at this nail salon today and it was fantastic! Annie did an amazing job with the manicure - the different designs that she did with the cats eye nail polish blew me away (and Ive been getting a lot of compliments about them since my appointment)! Lori did the pedicure and did a beautiful job with the nail polish and design - a classic cats eye design done right! They were done within an hour and 15 minutes, which was great! What a fantastic experience! Enjoy the photos! This nail salon is a gem! Not only is the aesthetic LA-like, in a good way (such that one believes that one is at a private upscale salon), the staff are genuinely nice and professional! Ive had 2 facials there with Angie and they were both fantastic! John, at the front desk, is so friendly, too! If I werent already getting my nails done regularly in Palm Springs, then I would be going here to get my nails done!

Lorena Ruiz We moved to Riverside in 2005. I went to 3 different nail shops until I found this little gem! I’ve been going here ever since, even following my nail lady back and forth or wherever she went. Everyone is caring and nice! If you have any concerns just let them know and they will take care of it asap. Easy appointments, always ready to take anyone in.

Maria T I had been to this nail salon when I first moved here in 2011-2012. I didn’t have a great experience so never went back. Since I frequent that shopping center often I decided to give it another try. The basic pedicure is $30 so I upgraded to the one above at $35. It was nothing special but what really ruined the experience was being left to “dry” at the chair. After 15 mins I realized she isn’t coming back no one is acknowledging that I have been sitting here waiting. Really regret leaving a tip and definitely won’t be back.

Corrine Gray My husband, five year old and I came in with appointments on a Sunday. Everyone on staff was so friendly and kind. I do my nails at home and have been trained in pedicure techniques. They have excellent technique and most importantly safe technique. It was a relaxing and wonderful experience. Thank you so much!

Dani Banter I don’t typically go to get my nails done. I don’t have money, but an opportunity to get my nails done as a birthday gift arose and I went to Sierra Nails. I have a hard time picking what type of nails and color to get because other nail places I went to gave me stuff I didn’t like. I got my nails done by Lanny, she eased my nerves and helped pick something that went with my skin tone and I really loved how they turned out. She’s very nice, and keeps you entertained while you’re getting your nails done. She did excellent work, I’m so happy with my nails.

Cindy Tran First time coming here and I asked for Lanny that my friend referred. She did really great job that much more better compare to my last nail lady who I had been for almost 8 years. Lanny really took her time and did wonderful job. Im verry happy and will definetely recommend her.

Brenda Damian Went to get my nails done Saturday night at this place and the owners of the shop are so nice! They are very welcoming and it wasn’t awkward like other nail shops that I go to. sweet nunya I got my nails done for my Sweet Sixteen here and even though I came at an inconvenient time, they treated us with such kindness and the design for my nails came out so beautifully. Incredible service and it was affordable.

I would highly recommend this nail salon as the prices are not to high and the service is great. I do recommend making an appointment online as they do get a lot of customers.

Mish 3800 I walked in , Check-in . I wanted a full set and a pedicure. And I had a seat. I noticed all the workers were working, but no one acknowledged me that I was sitting there for 10-15 minutes .No one Hello , its wait Nothing. I So I just walked out, Set in my car.while my husband was getting his hair cut next door.mean while a young lady walk in she was Greeting at the counter. Its okay as a Black woman. i will take my business somewhere else

Sam I’ve been coming here for a long time now and my most 2 recent visits haven’t been the best not sure if they under new management but service and quality are not the same i asked for almost nails they look more oval and my daughters gel manicure chipped same day. Won’t be coming back anymore.

C H Do NOT come here! The woman in charge was so rude! My 2 yr old wanted her nails painted for her birthday, and the woman was rude and wanted me to pay $12 for a toddlers hand nails. She ruined my daughters first experience! I am extremely upset. She was making fun of us in her language and looking at us to the point she made me so uncomfortable while getting my Pedicure. Do not waste your money here! They also do not sanitize their equipment. I noticed it too late.

Viridiana Carrasco First time going to lux nail spa and I’m very disappointed. I went to get my nails and toes done on Saturday and my nails are peeling. They charge extra and they didn’t even try to make them look cute. Once I saw a group of girls came in it seemed they just wanted me off the chair. The French manicure is not even I waited to get my nails done after surgery since I current do my own nails and I paid for them to help me clean my cuticles and they just made sure to charge extra for service.

Yina I moved to Riverside 2.5 years ago and ever since I’ve been looking for a good nail salon that would leave my nails looking good. I finally found it!! The salon is is peaceful, Candy (the owner) is so detailed, fast, and left my nails looking so pretty. Her daughter Vanessa did my pedi and she is so patient and detailed. They don’t do any upselling and give you exactly what you ask for. 10/10 recommend Infinity Nails Spa! So kind!

Donna K I rarely get my nails done but I have a wedding coming up so today I came here and got sat with Wendy. She was super nice, rather quick and I love my Gel X nails. I’ve never tried Gel X before and I love that it’s thinner than acrylic and feel more natural.

Happy Daze I went to get a pedicure with my girl. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed warmly. The staff doted on us the whole time. Prices were reasonable and our feet looked and felt great. Definitely would recommend.

Carmen Ive been coming here for about 2-3 years. Ive liked my nails every time, until this last time. For the guy that did my nails, lets say dip powder isnt his strong suit. *these pictures are 4 days after getting them done

sweet8pie • Job well done. Friendly staff. Expensive though. I did choose powder and some rhinestones for a whopping $60 bucks. 4th day my rhinestone fell off, I dont know how I wash dishes with dish gloves to protect my hands and nails so that kinda sucks.

Erin Milleru bqi I have been to plenty of nail salons in riverside and have not very good experiences. I tried out top ten nails hoping to have a better experience. I was not disappointed. Their customer service was excellent. They were all polite and friendly. Mindy did my full set and I asked her to do a very time consuming and kind of difficult design I found on TikTok, I explained to her that Valentine’s Day was also my birthday and 5 year anniversary and she went above and beyond to do the design I asked for and took her time and was very thorough. My nails not only came out beautiful but even better than the picture I showed her. She was so kind and caring and absolutely made my day. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done.

Hydie Perez Paid $77 total for gel nails and pedicure got crome added on my hands so that was $10+ . I understand prices are high bc people need to make a living. I cannot afford to be getting my nails done all the time so I only get them done for special occasions. I don’t understand how someone who does nails all the time gets the polish all the way to the cuticle to where the very next day the polish starts to lift not only that but the polish is wearing off on the edges. Not happy with the work that was done. I should have spoken up but I’d rather just find somewhere else to go.

Ansley Groen I asked for dip removal. The person who did my nails peeled off the dip from my nails using the cuticle removal tool- no acetone soak off at all. I asked her if they always do that and she said yes, almost offended that i asked. I was charged $16… absolutely ridiculous

Jasmine Clark This was my first and LAST time here, PLEASE save yourself the time and money and go anywhere but here. Horrible service!!!!!! Absolutely horrible, I left in TEARS. I came in after a full 8 hours of work and simply wanted a gel French Tip, mani/ pedi on my classic nails.. no acrylic, no gel x, just classic. Upon arrival an older gentleman started working on my feet, my big toe was chipped and WITHOUT ASKING, he was putting glue on my toe and about to put dip/acrylic. I absolutely am against these products because they have caused fungus on my toe and so l asked him not to. He immediately started going off in their language, and I shouldve known red flag but I proceeded. Meanwhile a woman was working on my hands and as she was cutting my cuticles cut me. NEVER apologized and left me bleeding, I had to ask for a napkin to which she grabbed a towel and wiped the dripping blood off. Again, I politely asked for a napkin and she passed me the smallest corner piece of one. Red flag two! Back to the man shaping my toes, they were all crooked, he didnt even attempt to make a square shape. I knew then I wasnt going to get my toes done and asked him to please stop and I dont want color on my toes. Back to my hands the lady wasnt doing the French tip how I liked and I was vocal about it, however I had already been sitting there for 1 hour 45 minutes.. she really said "if you dont like, I wont do for you, I wont take the money" lady what? I have 7 nails done and youre not going to finish? Ill literally never ever come back here. Luckily I was raised to never leave an establishment without paying, but BOY did I wanna up and leave and not leave a coin. Service is HORRIBLE

Rebecca G I booked Jessica and she did my full set. I asked for custom colors and patterns she was so patient and kind to help achieve the look I wanted. I even had my 2 year old daughter get a manicure here for the first time and they were very kind to her and did great with her.

I came with a girlfriend and they made arrangements so we could sit next to each other and hang while we both got serviced. They even gave me a pillow! It was awesome! They do such a great job on my toes and the nails are perfection. I have not had one break and they stay beautiful between visits!

Kendall McCardle Im impressed everytime I come to this salon! Went for the bloody ombre stiletto look for Halloween and Vincent did amazing! My first time having stiletto nails and needed them short due to my work, Vincent made it happen and was so nice! This salon is clean, well staffed, and has really skilled techs. The atmosphere is also quite pleasant, they are always friendly and attentive as soon as I walk in to the moment I leave. I recommend! 5/5

Montanna I’ve came to this place multiple times and was always satisfied but I came today and was disappointed. The first pic is what I wanted and this is what I ended up with. Some of my nails came out crooked and the design honestly should have came out better. I paid $66 for this and it was money wasted :(

Sonia Martinez If I could give a 0 star I would this place is horrible. The lady that did my nails messed them so bad. I had acrylics done with a gel polish. I was looking for a specific color and design and I showed it before even getting service. I was told she had the color and was able to do the design. It ended up being that she didnt have the color and didnt know how to do the design. I had nail glue all over my fingers the filing was horrible I was so unhappy I had to go get my nails redone again at a different place. When the lady took off the nail Polish that she had done the gel was not even dry the first layer was still wet. Horrible experience will not go there again.

Crystal Bonker Had been going since March without any issues. I always made an appointment and was taken care of in a timely manner. I enjoyed not having to worry about my nails for up to 3 weeks after getting the "dip nails". However recently I went and had the worst experience. They were nearly 30 minutes late in getting me in the chair after my appointment time. Then, the girl who did my nails not only took over an hour, she sliced my fingers several times with her tools. I walked out feeling sore and frustrated. Still, I was initially willing to over look the one bad experience, since I had been going for a while without an issue. Except, now here we are a week later and I have a painful infection under my nail bed right where she sliced me with one of her drills. I think Im done with dip nails for a while and will stick to painting my nails myself (once the infection clears).

Selma Markovic I’ve been coming here for a year now, and every time I have been super nice about giving them another chance over and over again bc they are close by to my home. I’ve had it when the male did my nails, he didn’t properly remove my gel polish, he wanted to rush it causing me pain. I told him, he then left a layer of gel polish on. Another time, I did my gel polish and the manicurist seriously thought I was going to walk out of the salon with a terrible job. If I’m paying $100+ for your service, I’m going to speak up if you’re doing a $5 job. They are so rude, inconsistent and I’m done with this place.
