Teal Gaydos Absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough good things about Lavish locks. Anna is the best, I can tell her what I am thinking and she does 1000x better than I could have dreamed of. I have never had a place that cares so much about ensuring you feel good about yourself and takes the extra time to understand what you want and helps you get there. They also stand behind their work and want you to let them know if anything wasn’t perfect, one time I had something that was showing a bit and they got me in the next day and fixed it. I highly recommend Anna and Lavish locks. I would not trust anyone else with my hair. When you walk out of there I promise you will feel like your absolute best self.

All About Dogs Training Center, GV This place is amazing!! The salon is beautiful and immaculate. The girls are all wonderful and welcoming. Emma has been doing my hair for the past year and she is fantastic. She listens and always knows what works best for my very fine hair. apes Everyone here is so friendly and nice, you feel like one of the girls. It’s gets even better with the services. I did a full set of k tips and then after they were out did a just for fun pack around d my face while my bangs are growing out. I’ve had extensions before I came to lavish locks and vowed never again. Well, I was wrong. Lavish locks changed my mind and highly recommend them. Shay did my hair twice and Anna did my consult. It’s a pretty big investment BUT these girls know what they are doing and are experts. Go book now!

Katelyn Quinn I was given the opportunity to be a model for Emma. I have always wanted hand tied wefts but was never able to commit to the cost. This was a great opportunity to get them more affordably without the cost of the install. The consult was free and from the moment i walked in the salon, I knew this was the place for me! Their team is so sweet, responsive and made me feel welcome and like they actually cared about my hair goals. They even welcomed my 3yr old during the consult :) Emma and Anna listed to my inspo ideas and helped me decide on what route was best for me to achieve “that look”. They both collaborated and bounced ideas off eachother. They made scheduling a breeze and accommodated MY schedule, not just theirs! the following day i arrived more excited than ever! Emma and Patricia reevaluated to make sure we were on the same page, started tackling the install and talked me through everything! I then got to meet another Stylist, ShaLyn who walked emma through the cut and did my color. She was super helpful friendly and very sweet. I felt conversations with everyone were so easy and not forced- which is a huge plus! P Gave me some recommendations on products and her and Emma made sure everything was perfect and just how i envisioned it! Emma finished off my hair with the help of Gabby assisting the blow dry and curl. The owner- Erica came by to look everything over, gave me some good vibes and even chatted a bit! The team experience is the best. I would have never thought i’d love it as much as i did. Most salons i been to, i’ve only ever meet or chat with my stylist, but here, i got to know everyone and felt so welcomed. I will never go to another salon again :) To say my hair goals were achieved is an understatement- they by far blew me out of the water with the result! The girls rock and are downright amazing!! Few added bonuses- got a nice lip mask, hand and arm massage and snacks and mimosas all included. They made me feel pampered, educated on the process/ the aftercare and what to expect with upkeep… and best of all, made me feel like they actually cared! I’ve never had a stylist (let alone a whole team!) so dedicated, respectful and responsive as they all were. Besides the cost my most dreaded aspect of getting wefts was investing in something so expensive and not leaving feeling like i got what i wanted- but here, i knew that wouldn’t be the case and it WASNT. It was a first for me! Every stylist i had before this never did my hair how i wanted it. i always left feeling like i needed another appointment, or “just one more color” to get to the blonde i wanted, but not here! If you’re contemplating getting wefts, do yourself a favor, invest and get it done with these gals, they will not disappoint and it will get done how you want it and most importantly, they’ll do it right! I don’t usually leave reviews, even bad ones, but today i am because i can honestly say i was extremely satisfied and i feel sharing my experience might give someone the confidence they need to push you over the ledge of just doing it! They protected my hair, yet exceeded my expectations, sent me off with products and endless smiles! I even booked my next 3 appts bc i felt confident in returning- for years to come! (my hubby and kids love my hair and I feel like i should have gone here sooner!!) if i could give more * i would :)

Toni Jimenez I have never had a legitimate salon experience outside of trims and small cuts of the like. I have been wanting pink hair for YEARS and when the idea was presented to Whitney she was nothing but excited to make it happen! Half my hair was box colored and grown out, I was really expecting multiple sessions to achieve the look I wanted but Whitney and my hair were simpatico and it was magic watching her work. She devoted 8 full hours to me. The time went by so fast, filled with laughter and getting to know each other in her welcoming little studio. I felt like I was home! Long story short, Whitney took my desires and incorporated them into a sophisticated haircut that I can wear professionally or for fun! I am extremely particular, and I cannot stop talking about my hair and touching it. Bonus points, the BF was NOT feeling the whole pink hair idea, but when he walked into the salon, I got the nod of approval, girls! I loved her work so much, I came back for a second session to further lighten my hair. Too bad Google is only 5 stars, because this girl is 10/10 RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE who seeks high quality color work! (Photos are from two different sessions with Whitney, with the blonde grow out and lighter pink obviously being the later session. When the color faded, my hair was a beautiful platinum blonde underneath, and I loved my blonde hair just as much as the color!

CSKC I was underwhelmed with this place. The girl who helped me was as not very polite, and frankly just rude at times. She did an alright job on my hair, but I was just expecting more because of all the great reviews and for how expensive it was. The salon sent me a text message for a review, so I sent one back, but I didn’t get a response. So I don’t know what the point of that was? I definitely will not be going back. I’m sure there are other places where the people are nicer.

Michelle Cast Michelle is the best!!!!! My mom usually comes to see her for her monthly haircuts, and so I decided to get my hair permed by her! She did the Korean cold perm and my hair turned out amazing. It’s not dry, or brittle like a normal perm. I have straight hair, and was worried it wouldn’t take the perm but it did just fine. She is very good at what she does and am so grateful I decided to get the perm done. I’ve gotten so many compliments and I almost don’t want to tell anyone, because she’s just that good! Hehe, but here we go! You won’t regret it, she’s the best!!

Kimberly R. With platinum hair, its important to me to achieve this color with the least amount of damage possible. After 25+ years with the same hair stylist keeping me platinum (by bumping my roots with high lift tint and adding highlights) I had to find a new one. This was a challenge; I selected salons to consult with after being scheduled with a stylist they recommended who was very experienced in blonding. I scheduled consults with 5 salons that sounded most promising. After speaking with the stylists at 4 salons, they were either not familiar with using high lift or had heard of it and dont use it to blonde, choosing to use bleach/highlights instead. The 5th salon was familiar with it and said she could do what I wanted, but said she could get me as blonde as I wanted with highlights. Im aware I can achieve great color with highlights alone, but thats not what I want - I want my dark roots bumped a couple shades lighter with high lift tint plus highlights. I was discouraged, but to my good fortunate I was referred to JOLEEN DAVIS, owner of Roseville Hair Loft. I scheduled my 6th consult and met with her. Five minutes in, I knew she was the one I could trust with my hair. Shes not just familiar with high lift blonding, but shes very skilled at it. She was patient and listened to me intently and completely understood that I wanted the lightest hair possible, doing it as carefully as possible so my hair was subjected to the least amount of damage possible. Owner Joleen is a seasoned and top level Redken certified instructor/educator. She has a keen eye for color & artistic haircuts; truly has brought my hair back to life! Additionally, talented hair technician Grace, is fantastic with haircuts - a dynamic duo for sure! This salon is beautifully organized with inviting aesthetics, high-end products, including the utmost welcoming & classy environment. Cathy C Where to begin. My hair journey with Joleen began 23ish years ago. I moved to Sacramento and previously had the same hairstylist for as long as I could remember. Obviously, I wasn’t going to drive back home so I needed to find someone local. I met Joleen and decided to give her a try. I’ve never looked back since. She’s been with me through every up-and-down I’ve had with my hair, including health issues and stress issues and everything in between. She has brought my hair back to life through all of the things I’ve gone through these last two decades. I wouldn’t trust anyone else touching my hair except for her. She’s very deliberate and intentional with her recommendations she’s ever given me to make my hair better. When it fell out, she fixed it. When it broke, she fixed it. When I tried to make really bad decisions, she talked me out of it. She’s always listened and heard me, and maybe fought me a few times on what I wanted to do, but she’s always known what’s been best for my hair. I am 46 now and my hair has never looked better. I trust her immensely. Mahea Jimenez Janelle and Ava do a fantastic job! I always leave the salon with a huge smile and feeling so confident. Janelle has so much knowledge and gives me tips/suggestions based on my hair goals. I love to be blond and have seen her 3 times in the past two years and my hair has never been so healthy. In previous years of bleaching blond I had constant brass, very dry/brittle, and wouldn’t grow past my shoulders! I had to let my natural color grow out for two years just to get length. Since switching to Janelle, my hair has grown to my waist, it’s never brassy or faded and I have no breakage! So you know the products she’s using are long lasting/high quality. Modern Mane has such a light and friendly atmosphere, I always feel like Im just relaxing at home. I will be a loyal customer to this salon for years to come. Their professionalism, friendly demeanor, and talent make them top notch.

christy remi Where do I start !! Janelle is amazing to say the very least. I am so picky about my hair. I’ve been going to the same person for over 10 years and then when he moved away, I took my time to find someone new and I’m so glad I did found janelle through social media and loved her work. Then, I went in and got a blowout and I knew this was my new spot. Whatever your vibe is, she will match it. Sometimes I’m in a talkative mood sometimes I just got to get stuff done for work, so I’m on my laptop so is so chill she makes your appt so bomb. Her and her assistant Ava Who is also amazing is very hospitable. They have good snacks and great drinks. The salon is very clean and I love the decorating it’s like modern organic with a flare of Boho. Her extensions are quality and she does an amazing job matching to your hair. I see her every 5 weeks and I look forward to my appt every time. If you want bomb hair go see Janelle !!!!

lythia foye First of all, the vibe in this salon is top tier. All of the girls are so extremely welcoming, it reminds me of being a little girl having a slumber party and doing each others hair when things were simply joyful. I always book with my girl Bianca, and WOW she is magic! Not only is she just the sweetest and so extremely talented, she truly uplifts everyone in her path. I absolutely love being in her chair. Although I havent had the pleasure of being in the other girls chairs yet, I can say with full confidence that these girls are so passionate about what they do, driven to give their clients the ultimate hair day experience!!
