1 /5 Lauren Sato: I try to only write positive reviews here, but I have given this spa so many chances and want to love it, but just cannot go back. I had a membership for many years, but dropped that after a few bad experiences. I still went occasionally hoping it would improve, but the last at least six times I have been over the past few years it has become so much more expensive, hydrotherapy is no longer included, and now on at least 5 occasions I have had massages in rooms next to people talking at full volume for the duration of the massage - the adjacent therapist clearly making no effort to reduce the volume of their conversation, and management not willing to do anything remedy the experience. The Kirkland location is unfortunately the same. It genuinely feels like youâre getting a $50 dollar massage, but paying $210. Please donât waste your money.
