1 /5 Yichao Hou: We had appointment at 2:30. They were clearly understaffed and put us waiting for over 30 minutes while still accepting walk ins. Whats the point of making appointments if you still have to wait for so long? The girl who did my nail did everything in a rush and caused bleeding when she cut the dead skin. They were talking in a different language all the time while doing my nails which is disrespectful. The drawing was done poorly and asymmetric. I did dip powder and they didnt do a good job cleaning up the extra powder left on my fingers. The residue was hard to clean and I had to peel it off by myself. Totally not worth the price. I paid $60 for this and there was no massage. Will not go back again.

1 /5 Ani Bdoyan: I had a very unpleasant experience at this salon. The owner was incredibly rude from the moment I walked in, which made the whole visit uncomfortable. I came in to get my shellac removed, and instead of using a safe method, she put my nails in a strong liquid that burned both my skin and nails. When I told her it was painful, she brushed it off and continued without any concern for my discomfort. The lack of care and her rude attitude made this the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.

5 /5 Dakota Kesterson: I have been coming here regularly for a while. I drive from North Kirkland just to come here. Are they usually very busy? Yes! Because they are that good. I highly recommend finding a sweet spot. Call them and book an appointment. Prices are fair. Now about the nails! I get dip. I also can wear them for about 3 weeks. Because of my busy life Im fine going a little longer. My nails have always been thin and brittle. But they take very good care of me! Everytime I have a tiny split they patch me right up! They actually try to save the nail and not just cut it off! I came in one day with a bad break right at my quick. They were gentle, asking if it hurt, didnt want to use the Dremel in case the heat gave me pain. And the best part? They fixed my nail! They also have a WIDE range of colors. If you get designs like me, dont expect to be in and out in 30 minutes. You want it done good, right? So enjoy your time. I highly recommend getting a pedicure! The people; they are wonderful! They will also do the best they can. Just work with them and they will work with you! Remember you go to them to be the professional. If you have a question dont be afraid to ask.

5 /5 Darlene Lovejoy: Wonderful location! My sister and I brought nail decals and they put them on $3 a nail which was great! The stylists were friendly and fast. We got a gel manicure and a pedicure each in an hour and a half. Woohoo! We used Class Pass and if you are not familiar do a Google Search well worth the $!!!
