My Nails Salon & Spa - Bellevue (WA)

5 /5 Annie: I have been going to see Vanessa since I was a kid and I have never changed nail salons! Not only is Vanessa an amazing nail artist, but she and her staff are absolutely wonderful people. They make you feel so welcome and aim to help you get exactly what you are looking for. I really cant recommend this nail salon enough!!

1 /5 Dance Dammit: I had the worst experience at this nail salon. The staff was incredibly rude, sighing and shrugging whenever I asked a question. They were condescending and even made me feel uncomfortable with their attitude. I couldn’t help but notice how sweet and attentive they were to the regular customer, while I (first time customer) was treated with complete indifference. If you’re looking for a welcoming and respectful experience, this is definitely not the place. 10/10 do not recommend.

5 /5 Brandie: I loved my experience in the shop. They work quickly but are interested in customer happiness. My nails look totally unique and are so cool with the blue cat eye! I also had to add a photo from my friends session with the green cat eye

1 /5 Damini: Had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The staff was rude and unprofessional, making my wife feel really uncomfortable. Instead of a relaxing visit, she left feeling bad. Customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. Would not recommend.
